CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR FORTHCOMING MARRIAGE! The Tankerville Arms is a 17th century, privately run, cosy, charming coaching inn set on the outskirts of Wooler, North Northumberland. We believe that your wedding day should be a lovely, relaxed, pleasant experience, surrounded by people you like and love with as little worry and stress as possible! We pride ourselves on offering affordable, but extremely professional and personal weddings. We like to keep things straight forward. We do not have any hidden charges, what we offer is what you get. There will be no last minute charges for the hire of a spoon or a chair! Included in this brochure is everything we believe you need to have a wonderful wedding. Please use this as a guide, we can tailor details to suit, we have no-one to answer to but ourselves, and more importantly, you, so we are very flexible. The only additional cost is the registrar. Fees are payable direct. All costs and contact num-

On a nice evening we can serve the hog roast in the private gardens under

the giant Beech tree. Cooler nights we serve it from the

foyer to The Cheviot Room


Example Itinerary

2.30pm Marriage in The Chillingham Room Ceremony: lasts approx. 15-20 minutes. Seating for some guests, others will stand.

2.45pm The newest Mr. & Mrs. On the planet great guests into the bar area. Reception drink is served, guests mingle in bar and

gardens. Photographs in the private gardens. 4pm Bride and Groom escorted to the foyer, the wedding breakfast is

announced. Bride and Groom welcome guests into the Cheviot Restaurant. Guests remain standing to clap in the happy couple.

Grace (if requested) Toast Drink is served Speeches before meal. (This allows the speech makers relax for

their meal!) 4.30pm Wedding Breakfast Glass of Wine Poured Starter Main Sweet 6pm Cut Cake 6.15pm Guests move back into Copper Bar and Chillingham Room,

Tanky Team move in and clear the room, turn it around for Evening Reception, Disco Set up

7.15pm Evening Reception Starts 8.30pm Hog Roast Served from Foyer or Garden 9pm Disco! Midnight Finish
