The Founders Room The largest wedding reception venue is located adjacent to the elegant Destination Spa at Chateau Élan. With a modern, stylish interior, and abundant natural light streaming through full length windows, The Founders Room enjoys panoramic views of The Vintage golf course and mountains beyond.

The Founders Room seats 170 with a dance floor, bridal table and round guest tables and 220 with a dance floor, bridal table and long guest tables.

Barrington Room This modern and elegant room features full length glass windows on three sides with French doors along the North wall opening onto your own private terrace framed with gleditsia trees overlooking our immaculately manicured 18th green. Perfect for pre-dinner drinks!

The Barrington Room seats 90 with a dance floor bridal table and round guest tables and 110 with a dance floor, bridal table and long guest tables.

Salon The Salon is the most extensive hair, beauty and wedding specialist in the Hunter Valley. We provide a selection of impressive and unique services in a relaxing and creative environment. Bookings for your wedding day should be confirmed at least (6) months prior. Hair and make-up trials are recommended to be booked three (3) months in advance. The Salon can be used exclusively used for your bridal party. Fruit and Cheese Platters and Champagne for the Bridal party are included in any Bridal Package.
