Expro Subsea Well Access
Expro Subsea Well Access Overview
Introduction
6
• Expro is the leading provider of Subsea Test Tree
Assemblies (SSTTA) with a current market share of over
60%
• Due to changing market dynamics Expro felt it essential
to provide customers with a broader subsea well access
service offering
• The optimal well access system is dependent on the
well intervention requirement through the lifecycle of the
well
• The strategy was formed to provide life of field subsea
well access systems
• Expro have developed our subsea well access product
portfolio with the inclusion of the Light Well Intervention
capability by adding both riser based (IRS) and riserless
(RWI) well intervention systems

Landing String / SSTTA
• Market leading technology
• Deployed from client rig
• Full intervention capability
to manage all potential operational
requirements
• Requires full marine riser and BOP
• Extensive 30+ year track record
Intervention Riser System
• Deployed from client rig or vessel
with derrick
• Ability to deploy coil tubing and all
other intervention tools
• Increases efficiency as removes the
necessity to deploy marine riser and
BOP
Riserless Well Intervention System
• Wire through water well Intervention
enabling production enhancement
and well remediation
• Low cost, rapid deployment and

Subsea Test Tree Assembly (SSTTA)
Subsea Test Tree Assembly (SSTTA)
Introduction
9
• SSTTA provides the primary means of well control during well
testing, completion, intervention and abandonment operations on-
board a MODU
• This option offers clients the capability to manage the risks
associated with various unknowns that can present themselves
during late life or decommissioning activity while ensuring well
integrity is maintained at all times
• Shuts in the well and provides a barrier between the reservoir and
the external environment using two “fail safe close” valves, while
safely retaining fluid above the RV and preventing hydrocarbon
migration to the riser
• Safely disconnects on demand from the well in compliance to the
legislative criteria with respect to ESD and EQD
Subsea Test Tree Assembly (SSTTA)
System overview
10
• Up to 7-3/8” system comprising of the SSTT, Latch, RV, LV’s and
STT
• High debris tolerant system (up to 15% solids)
• -18°C to 150°C rated
• Up to 15,000psi working pressure and >3,000m water depths
• Cutting Capabilities – SSTT can cut up to 2.375” x 0.204 WT
Coiled Tubing with wire/cable. Cut & seal wireline using spring
force only (i.e. Fail Safe Close). LV and RV can cut & seal wireline
• Can be used for batch subsea intervention campaigns and
additionally racked back in the vertical position
• Multiple levels of SSTT Unlatch methods
• Will interface with both horizontal and vertical xmas trees
• Over 30 years of experience and track record globally
• Designed / Manufactured / Qualified in accordance with ISO
13628-7 / API RP 17G
• Capable of frac, stimulation, intervention, coil tubing and flow
backs etc. to support maximum economic recovery of
hydrocarbons

Intervention Riser System (IRS)
Intervention Riser System (IRS)
Introduction
12
• Expro have entered the intervention riser system market,
providing the market with a rental IRS (LRP/EDP) to reduce
late life CAPEX and manage OPEX
• Expro are responsible for the service, controls, system
interfacing, project management and engineering
• First contract awarded: 360 days P&A scope for Pacific Drilling
supporting Petronas Chinguetti Field P&A offshore Mauritania
Intervention Riser System (IRS)
System overview
13
• Compact lightweight modular system
• Rated to 10,000psi and 3,000m water depths
• 7 3/8” dual valve block with the ability to cut and
seal on 2-7/8” coil tubing and wireline
• Upper Cutting Valve (UCV) and Retainer Valve
(RTV) are fail safe closed
• Will interface with both horizontal and vertical
xmas trees
• 13-5/8” 10K hub end re-entry mandrel
• ROV intervention panels
• 2” bore annulus female receiver
• Interfaces with tree running tools and/or wellhead
connectors
• Over 15 years well intervention track record
globally
• Fitted with emergency shut down/disconnect
system

Riserless Well Intervention System (RWIS)
Riserless Well Intervention System (RWIS)
Introduction
15
• Riserless well intervention is a technique used to
safely, efficiently and cost effectively enter
subsea wells to perform well intervention tasks
• An intervention through water method allows the
work to be performed from lower cost and more
agile vessels negating the need for drilling rigs
• By using wireline and coil hose it is estimated
that more than 70% of all life of well intervention
requirements can be performed with a RWI
service
• Technology developments to increase well
intervention capabilities from a vessel with a RWI
system
Expro Group & COOEC Offshore
Alliance
• Expro Group and COOEC Offshore have joined forces through a co-operation agreement (alliance) to offer a comprehensive Riserless Well Intervention Service globally
• Expro Group’s Well Flow Management expertise and global footprint is complemented by COOEC Offshore’s marine assets and ROV capabilities
• A key client benefit is that the Expro / COOEC Subsea Alliance can provide in house experienced downhole services as well as the well access system, thus providing a true “integrated solution”
