The Springs: Now An affordable Community to Live! Being a cosmopolitan city of the UAE, Dubai has many prime areas to live and spend a lavish lifestyle. Earlier, to rent or buy a house in an up market areas was a big no–no for the mid income groups. However, in the past couple of years the rentals in Dubai have diminished tremendously allowing all income groups to rent a house in key areas of Dubai. According to the real estate reports, with the recent breakdown of rent prices, The Spring community is attracting more mid-income expatriates and residents from neighboring emirates to rent houses. Tenants are getting more room for negotiating the rent prices and attain attractive deals to live in the strategic location like The Springs. With an online search showing a two-bedroom villa in Springs 10 available for a yearly rental of Dh70, 000; Springs living is now within everyone's budget. Anna Skips, an expatriate from USA says, "I love the fact that just about everyone from everywhere lives in The Springs. It's such a healthy environment to have neighbors from the UK, Australia, South Africa and India. The community vibe is brilliant. I love how The Springs is so family-oriented and also it’s near by from my workplace.” Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) lists the average rent in The Springs at Dh70,000 to Dh100,000 for a two bedroom villa with study, and Dh100,000 to Dh140,000 for three bedrooms. Compare that to the average rent of Dh250, 000 in 2008, and it's clear why more families are gravitating towards The Springs. Move In Dubai is one of the reliable real estate firm located in Dubai.
