Booking a treatment We take telephone or email bookings A treatment is only confirmed when the Credit Card details of the client have been entered into our client files

Payment Payment is required on arrival at the spa reception Group bookings require payment of a 10 non-refundable deposit on booking

Arrival time Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time This allows time for you to complete a consultation form change into your robe and slippers and relax before your therapist collects you for your treatment

What to bring A gown and slippers are provided for your use whilst in the treatment rooms If you require a robe for your guest bedroom please contact the hotel reception A charge of euro3000 is applicable for any unreturned robes We also provide disposable underwear for ladies Gentlemen will be required to wear swimwear during all treatments Swimwear is obligatory when using the pool steam room sauna or hydrotherapy baths

CancellationsWe would politely request that if you are unable to keep your appointment you contact the spa 48 hours prior to your treatment If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours we reserve the right to charge 50 of the cost of the treatments booked and for non arrivals the full cost of the treatments Group bookings may require 1 weeksrsquo notice for cancellation

Payment Payment is required on arrival at the spa reception Group bookings require payment of a 10 non-refundable deposit on booking

Arrival time Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time This allows time for you to complete a consultation form change into your robe and slippers and relax before your therapist collects you for your treatment

Payment Payment is required on arrival at the spa reception Group bookings require payment of a 10 non-refundable deposit on booking

Arrival time Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time This allows time for you to complete a consultation form change into your robe and slippers and relax before your therapist collects you for your treatment

Booking a treatment We take telephone or email bookings A treatment is only confirmed when the Credit Card details of the client have been entered into our client files

Payment Payment is required on arrival at the spa reception Group bookings require payment of a 10 non-refundable deposit on booking

Arrival time Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time This allows time for you to complete a consultation form change into your robe and slippers and relax before your therapist collects you for your treatment

What to bring A gown and slippers are provided for your use whilst in the treatment rooms If you require a robe for your guest bedroom please contact the hotel reception A charge of euro3000 is applicable for any unreturned robes We also provide disposable underwear for ladies Gentlemen will be required to wear swimwear during all treatments Swimwear is obligatory when using the pool steam room sauna or hydrotherapy baths
