MR-MQ100 was designed to be a high performance Single Axis Motion Controller. Combined with the strengths of SSCNET# fiber optic communications and the power of the MR-J3-B servo amplifier, machine makers can now raise performance to new levels in rotary cut, flying saw, labeling applications, etc. Additionally, intuitive software makes implementation of smart functions such as encoder following, CAM, synchronization using mark detection and even servo axis tuning quick and easy.

(1) Connection with GOT by RS-422 communicationThe Motion controller can connect to GOT via RS-422

communication interface.

(1) Suitable for many applications such as rotary cut, flying saw, labeling, etc.(2) Standard mark detection function

The built-in mark detection function can be used for packaging equipment, rotary cutting machine etc.

(1) Attain 50Mbps High-speed Communication with Optical communicationThe 50Mbps high-speed optical communication greatly increases the speed of data exchange between the Motion Controller and servo amplifier, while reducing the cycle time.The optical fiber cable that is used has outstanding noise resistance properties.

(2) Panel and equipment size can be reducedDesigned with compact size 30 (1.18) × 178 (7.01) × 135 (5.31) mm (inch).Combining the controller with Mitsubishi's MR-J3 servo amplifier saves even more space.

(2) HUB ConnectionThe Motion controller can connect to personal computer

and GOT via the HUB.
