??Our local druggist, Ian, asked me the other day, because he knew I was raised on a farm:

He said: We are building a coup for some new chickens at our place. I started to put some doors for us and some for the chickens. But I was told I couldn't put four of them, because it wouldn't be a chicken coup anymore, but a chicken sedan?

Funny Story Time

Chuckle for the Day

Remember, old folks are worth a fortune, with silver in their hair, gold in their teeth, stones in their kidneys, lead in their feet, and gas in their stomachs.

I have become a little older since I saw you last and a few changes have come into my life since then. Frankly, I have become quite a frivolous old gal. I am seeing five gentlemen every day.

I know darn well it's bed rock Gene!

As soon as I wake up, Will Power helps me get out of bed. Then I go to see John. Then Charlie Horse comes along , and when he is here he takes a lot of my time and attention. When he leaves Arthur Ritis shows up and stays the rest of the day. He doesn't like to stay in one place very long, so he takes me from joint to joint. After such a busy day I'm really tired and glad to go to bed with Ben Gay. What a Life!

P.S. The Preacher came to call the other day. He said at my age I should be thinking about the hereafter. I told him, oh, I do all the time. No matter where I am in the parlor, upstairs, in the kitchen or down in the basement, I say to myself what am I here after?

Also if you want to mine after wards, bring your lunch, water and your mining equipment.

C: Old Business:

Camp Millennium Outing:Camp Millennium outing is in a couple of weeks, if you are going this year you need to fill out the required background check form tonight after the meeting. We would like to thank the following prospectors who filled out the form and will help with the panning sessions: Mark Salars, Les Blackmore, Dave Hansen, Terry Johnston, George Zaklan, Desi Rains and Tony Midili. Thank you for participating. The campers really enjoy the gold panning sessions.

Rules for the “Gold Pan Races”:Gary wanted to remind everyone of the rule for the “motorized pan”. It must be touching the water, no gluing a pan on top of something.

Limited Water Resource Permit:All the paperwork has been turned in with all the requests for locations the club wanted (31). Hopefully this should take about a week or so to get approved. We should have the necessary paper work for you to carry by the next meeting.

D: New Business:
