All-Inclusive $16/RSF Annual Rates Help Make the Most of Market Budgets Multi-year leases for showrooms in The Showrooms at Centennial and Green are offered at the all-inclusive rate of $16 per rentable square foot. There is a 16% common area factor included in the rentable square footage, which is an allowance for the area inside the building that is not used for exhibitor display. This common area includes the loading dock, elevators, stairways, fire escape stairs, bathrooms, lobbies, and hallways. Although the common areas are used by tenants for freight movement and employee and customer access and services, they are not used for product display.

The all-inclusive rental cost includes:
