• Audit how you are currently performing, identifying risks and opportunity

• Help you to integrate diversity and inclusion into the core of your organisation

• Help you create a culture based on respect, trust and dignityfor all

• Coach and support your diversity managers

• Manage diversity programmes as outsourced experts

• Ensure that by embracing diversity you improve performance and your reputation

• Help you recruit the best. And retain the best

Depending on your requirements, we provide you with a mix of consultancy, coaching and outsourced management.

how we workA large part of what we offer is traditional consultancy:diagnosing a problem, offering treatment, making theproblem go away. By far the best way of doing this is by becoming part of your team, offering expertise whenrequired and building internal capacity and confidence so that your reliance on external expertise diminishes.

Advice and coachingWith new diversity managers we provide coaching to build competence andknowledge of the range of diversity issues. We often find that people areknowledgeable in one strand of diversity, for example race relations, but not in others, or that they are experts in the diversity field but need help relating this knowledge to wider organisational objectives.

We provide coaching to diversity managers to build change management skills and support them to drive challenging agendas and get buy in across yourorganisation.

We also provide advice and coaching to HR staff, helping them incorporate diversity management in their day-to-day work, ensuring equality and diversityare not ‘add-ons’ but integral to your people management policies.

At a senior level we provide advice and sense checks, ensuring that in trying to do the right thing, your organisation isn’t doing the wrong thing, helping youavoid reputational damage and negative headlines.

who we do it forOur clients come in different shapes and sizes, work in different sectors and all have different needs.

Coming at things from different angles they are all at different stages of thejourney. But one thing they all have in common is a desire to make theirorganisation the best.
