A simple yet very effective cross over baitfish pattern for salt and fresh water purposes

Take a small clump 30cm long Electric yellow slinky fiber and mix it with the same amount and length of Chartreuse slinky fiber. Fold in half and cut. Take one clump and pull the centre out making a taper. Place towards the middle of the hook and wrap a few turns of cotton backwards.

Fold over itself and tie off.

Turn vise over and repeat step 1 & 2 directly in front of the top tied clump.

Turn vise back over. Take a decent clump of turquoise/light blue Flashaboy and taper one end and tie on.

Now take a decent clump of light blue FFF Flash blend,taper one end and tie on.

Turn vise over and repeat steps 1 & 2.

Turn vise back over. Now take a decent clump of dark blueFFF Flash blend, taper one end and tie on.

Whip finish… Stick some eyes on if you like.Here I used Gator eyes from www.deercreek.co.ukI then further bugbonded around the eyes for a littleextra weight.
