GOVERNMENT

The picture on the right is the White House in Washington, D.C our nations capitol. This is where the president, Barack Obama, and his family lives. The Oval Office is where President Obama makes all the important changes in the government.

GOVERNMENT

In Washington D.C there are lots of historic governmental monuments and buildings. These monuments tells us about our governmental history.

On the right are pictures of historical monuments (top) Washington Monument (bottom) Lincoln Memorial. The are two examples of governmental monuments.

SOCIAL STRUCTURE

This is a picture of a man who is rich, so in social society he is above everyone. He is considered upper class.

This is a picture of a family who is not rich or poor. They don’t have a big house or a small house. This family lives comfortably and they are not struggling. This family is considered middle class.

This is a picture of a homeless person. He lives on the streets and doesn't have much such as ; shelter, work, food and money . He considered lower class in our society.

STABLE FOOD SUPPLY• We have developed stable food supplies, such as supermarkets. There are super markets

nationwide and all over the world. Some names of supermarkets are ; ShopRite, Stop and Shop and Pathmark. These places provide us with food when we need it.

RELIGION• In the world there are many different believes in gods and goddesses. Some religions are

• Christian, Judaism, Buddhism, Islam and Hinduism. All of the religions are different in

• the way they dress, worship, eat and the way they live.

HIGHLY DEVELOPED WAY OF LIFE This is a picture of the Rose Bowl. This is Americas largest football stadium.

Only college football teams play at the Rose Bowl. This stadium shows what great architects there are in the USA .

TECHNOLOGY There are many things that we use that is technology, for example ; cars, TV, computer, cell phone etc. . Technology has been one of the greatest inventions in history. These are pictures of technology.

WRITING Writing is another great invention because writing is another way we can communicate. We use either a pen, pencil or marker to write. There are numerous languages spoken and written, such as Spanish and French. There are many people who write books and important documents.

THE ARTS

We also have developed arts such as painting, music, theater and architecture. Early life in America, all of the cathedrals, theaters and museums consisted of historical paintings document symphonies and more. These are some pictures of historical theaters and museums.
