Berlin taxis are reliable and fairly priced, the drivers usually speak enough English to get you where you are going. You can pick one up with ease within the city centre (Mitte) and near the kulturbrauerei. if you need a taxi during the show, feel free to ask any Sr-employee for help.

A taxi from Alexanderplatz (City Centre) to the Kulturbrauerei

is approximately 7 Euros.

Recently, the rules concerning Credit Card payments in Taxis have changed. I t

is now mandatory that they accept Credit Cards, however we suggest that you

carry cash in case the driver is a l i t t le behind the t imes.

Tip is not mandatory, but a rule of thumb is 10% of the fare

One Way Ticket:

A single fare t icket is val id for one

person for two hours.

Note: I t is not al lowed to travel

towards the direct ion of the start ing

point. For that purpose, a new

single-t icket must be purchased.

Fares AB: 2.70 EUR

Day Ticket:

Allows complete freedom of movement

for one person during the day of

purchase until 3:00 the following night.

Fares AB: 6:90 EUR

Tickets must be val idated on the stat ion platform by stamping them in a small

yellow or red box mounted close to the t icket machines. Ticket machines wil l

accept cash and debit (EC) cards but not Visa or other Credit Cards.

Paid parking is available all around the kulturbrauerei. underneath the location there is a car park with the entrance being in Sredzkistrasse 1, 10435.

We need to give all our visitors, even the late ones, the chance to see the booths right up until the show ends. So we kind-ly ask you not to start dismantling of the booths before:

15:00 on Friday, January 22, 2016.

16. )

arrangements for sending your goods back including collection and postage is the soleresponsibility of the exhibitor and must take place during the allotted times.

B o o t H H a n d o v e r

after the show, the booths must be handed back in the condition in which they were received.

17.)

Your assigned booth will be handed over in a clean and swept condition.

18.)

Each stand will have sufficient lighting.

19.) Every booth comes with one electrical outlet sufficient for running most domes- ttic items. We will provide 1 kilowatt for each booth. if you require further sockets or a heavier than standard, you must let us know before the show. additional charges will be incurred for this.

20.)

drilling into the walls, floors and ceilings is strictly forbidden.

21.)

Walls, ceilings and floors must be left in the condition in which they were given to you. this also means built in floors must be fully removed.

22.) no painting of the booths, furniture of fit-tings is permitted.

23.)

You can paint your own diY booth howe-ver, care must be taken of the floor and

“wet paint” signs must be prominently dis-played until the paint is fully dry.

24.)

it is strictly forbidden to dispose of paint and varnishinto the toilets or sinks. it is also forbidden to clean brushes or painting materials in the sinks.

25.)

disposal of such materials must be done by the exhibitor.

26.)

all the Build-in fitments must fulfill the din 4102-1 standard and be at least B1

“flame retardant”.

27.)

the exhibitor must show a valid and cur-rent certificate.

28.)

if the exhibitor cannot provide this and the Fire inspector decides to close the booth, the exhibitor will carry all the associated cost.

Please send us a detailed scale drawing of the planned booth. this helps us to avoid any misunderstandings on the day of the set up.

30.)

Selvedge run reserves the right to deny any inappropriate booth set up and force exhibitors to change the booth before the opening of the show.

31.)

Selvedge run takes no responsibility or liability for irregularities in the measure-ment of scaled drawings.

32.)

Walls should not exceed the standard wall measurement of 1m70cm without express permission for Selvedge run.

33.)

toxic or flammable waste is the responsi-bility of the exhibitor.

34.)

disposal of Booth insulations are the res-ponsibility of the exhibitor.

this is going to be our second show and we are in the middle of a promising learning process. We will make a few mistakes, but we are doing our best to provide a smooth and suc-cessful show for you in January. if you see some-thing that is not working as well as you´d expect, please let us know and we pro-mise to sort it out as quickly as we can.
