Happy Fall Everyone!

We are thankful to have had another successful yet busy summer here at Gypsum Mills. Please refer to the reminders below as we transition into fall.

Preventative maintenance for your home should be taken care of now! Winters can be harsh here and you do not want heat or water issues. (heat tape, furnace, windows, skirting holes [tape them up], blocks under the home ETC). Please refer to your Service Directory phone numbers for all your home needs, we have copies of this at the office if needed.

Snowbirds leaving for the winter: Make sure we have your emergency contact information before you leave for the winter. Enjoy the SUN!

With Halloween coming up, please remember to follow the Community Rules and Regulations regarding decorations. Remove decorations 15 days after each holiday, weather permitting. Please do not continue to exhibit them.

Please remember that the dumpster located at the maintenance shop is NOT for resident use. This dumpster is under video surveillance. If you are caught dumping you will be asked to remove the items or be fines for using this dumpster.

We look forward to a wonderful Fall!

Could You Be a Substitute Scoop Deliverer? With our new system, we only have three routes for our Scoop delivery, all of which are ‘driving routes’ to 16-19 homes. I have wonderful deliverers in place, but I am reaching out to find a few substitutes for those routes to cover vacations and such. If you would be willing to

be on that list, please contact me! ~Jenn

Monday morning Mixed (Doubles) League led by Bob & Paula Henry. Dean Pearce and Charlie Baxter placed 1st. Bob Henry played his guitar and the lyrics are shown within the photos. Thursday night Singles League was led by Dean Pearce. Chuck Greenly placed 1st who also earned the green sweater and can say, "he won the Gypsum Mills Masters”. Frank Legrett shared many humorous jokes which we enjoyed. Bob Walsh received Sponge Bob Golf Balls as a prize and his wife Mitzi received a dozen wounded golf balls as a joke. Also, there were also many monetary prizes for both leagues which are too many to share. Truly a fun evening and the food was scrumptious too.
