AND whereas I have thought fit to order and direct that a writof election for the electoral district of Saint John East be issued;

Public Notice is hereby given that a writ of election for the elec-toral district of Saint John East be issued on the 18th day of Oc-tober, 2014, and be returnable on the 28th day of November,2014; that the 31st day of October, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. be ap-pointed as the day for nomination of candidates; that the 8th and10th days of November, 2014 be appointed as advanced pollingdays; that the 21st day of November, 2014 be appointed as theday candidates are declared elected; and that the 17th day of No-vember, 2014, be appointed polling day.
