• Both were put on trial for robbery and murder.• All evidence was circumstantial – meaning not
totally proven.

• Create a list of 1-4 on a separate sheet of paper. On your list, write down the following in most important to least important to you: Harlem Renaissance, Factory Production and the Assembly Line, Sacco and Vanzetti, and the Scopes Monkey Trial.
• THEN, write two paragraphs as to why you felt that your top two choices were the most important events of the 1920’s.
