Speakers include: Allison Alexy, Anthropology, University of Virginia; Jing Lin, Professor of Education, University of Maryland; and Sociologist Hyunjoon Park, University of Pennsylvania. Seung-kyung Kim, Director of the Center for East Asian Studies, will serve as moderator. Expert panelists will discuss the rising rate of divorce in China, Japan, and Korea, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. The panel will comprise the following experts:
Sociologist Hyunjoon Park, University of Pennsylvania,Korea Specialist
Seung-kyung Kim, Director of the Center for East Asian Studies, will serve as moderator. After presentations by the panelists, the floor will be open to audience questions and comments.
The panel discussion is open to the public.
