TURN MASTER

The rotating orientator TURN MASTER is used for:

medium/high productions (system of orienting disks

moving by means of pneumatic activators or brush less

motors) and when the bottle requires extreme orienting

(i.e. 90°, 180° and 270° ), this is carried out by means of

brush less motors.

The object position identification is carried out through a

sonar and special infrared photocells, or even by means

of cameras.

This model is complete of table top conveyor, with or

without suction (vacuum conveyor) according to the

particular shape and characteristics of the bottle.

The machine is very solid, has a PLC and a display for the

operator control, and has a stand-alone electrical panel.

TURN MASTER BLOCK

Another configuration developed by Lanfranchi is to

connect the orientator, in mechanical block, with the

unscrambler; in this way the overall space needed is

reduced and the risk of bottle falls between the block and

the turn master is thus eliminated.

Turn Master Linear (low speed)

The in-line bottle orientator is recommended for low

speed applications and when the bottle requires 0° - 180°

orientation. According to the bottle’s style Lanfranchi offers

Turn Master Linear (low speed).

For a bottle as shown in the picture 1 the orientator uses

belts at different speed to rotate the bottle.

For a bottle as shown in picture 2 a set of rotating plates

guide the bottle during the rotation.

The linear orientator is available as a stand alone unit

complete of conveyor and control or as integral part of an

unscrambler and orienting system.

Turn Master Linear (Medium Speed)

To satisfy a more and more exigent market, Lanfranchi has

designed a new linear orientator able to reach 18,000 bph.

The technology is to have two belts moved by two brushless

motors rotating in the same way at the same speed. Changing

the speed of one of the belts, the bottle rolls and orientates in the

correct way.
