A Tantric Practice of Transformation

e Red Garuda is a Wisdom protector, and a manifestation of pure awareness. e Red Garuda represents the ery power of energy. is deity protects against outer, inner and secret obstacles. He transforms the ve poisons, overcomes the eight dreads, and liberates sentient beings from suffering. e Red Garuda healing practice is highly effective physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

is ais ancient teaching of e Red Garuda belongs to the Tantric category of practice. Tantra is the path of transformation, that transforms negativity and ignorance into wisdom.

ere are several purposes for this teaching. e rst is healing oneself by receiving energies, powers, blessings and protections from e Red Garuda. e second is to show us how to generate the ability and power to transform the negativity of disturbances and obstobstacles and to cure sickness or disease in others.

is precious practice was rst taught by the Enlightened One, Tonpa Shenrab, the founder of the Bön religion approximately 18,000 years ago. During the persecutions of the 7th century, the practice was hidden as a Terma, a hidden treasure of Bön. e Red Garuda practice stayed hidden until the 13th century when Khodpo Lodoe okme, one of the Bönpo tertons, masters who discovered the Bön hidden treasures, found tthe teaching and gradually transmitted it to his disciples. Nyamed Sherab Gyaltsen, the founder and rst Abbot of sMenri Monastery in Tibet, transmitted it through his lineage down to His Holiness, the 33rd Menri Trizin. Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche received this powerful ancient teaching from His Holiness, the 33rd Menri Trizin, the Abbot of sMenri Monastery.

During this ve day retreat, Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche will teach thissspecial practice of e Red Garuda to all attending the retreat.

e essence of this teaching will help you to receive the energies, blessings and powers from e Red Garuda.

During this five day retreat, Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche, one of the new generation of masters of the Ancient Bon Tradition, will teach this ancient Tibetan practice.

To be able to meditate deeply, we must find our internal calm and peace, and remain focused. Otherwise, our meditation can be easily disturbed by distractive thoughts, and worries. When our mind is calm and stable, and we can control our concentration, our meditation practice will bring positive healing results to our lives. WWe will be able to connect with ourselves more deeply, and find peace and harmony within, and the joy of meditation will arise and bring a healthy well-being . Gradually our meditation becomes productive and encouraging.

Learning the Ancient Tibetan Healing practice will give us the tools to build a strong foundation on which to build a stable and healthy body, mind and spirit.

The Knowledge Of Meditation Healing come from our understanding of Body, Mind and Spirit. The Red Garudais the Manifestation of Fire energy. To receive the power of the Red Garuda, one begins by meditating in the stillness of one’s own nature.

Without proper knowledge and guidance of meditation techniques, we can waste valuable healing time, and are far from realizing all of the benefits that waste valuable healing time, and are far from realizing all of the benefits that healing meditations and practices can truly bring into our daily lives.
