Quality and Performance Dashboard data sources
Starting up the Quality and Performance Dashboard
On your desktop, locate the ELFT Quality Folder. Double-click the folder to view its contents.
This folder contains the resources available for Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance, including links to the QI Microsite and Life QI.
To access the Quality and Performance Dashboard, double-click the shortcut and a new window will open.
Starting up the Quality and Performance Dashboard
The dashboard will open up on the “Home” page, where you can find instructions on how to use the dashboard.
The menu bar can be found near the top of the browser, from here you can navigate to an area of interest by clicking on any of the tabs i.e. “Safety”, “Clinical Effectiveness”, “Patient Experience” etc.

Select a tab of your choice, for this example we will be choosing the “Safety” tab.

Next, select the Directorate drop down list and choose an option listed.
Finally, select the Location drop down list and choose an option listed. Then click the “View Report” button. To view the charts
