Since starting service in 2014, vibration of motor gradually increase after each low tide event (suction pressure reduces 2 times per months).
- In Apr 2016, the motor vibration is maximum 5mm/s when suction level is 6.5m
- In 2018 and 2019, the pump is trip by vibration at NDE motor 1 times, and many time peak to 7.1mm/s, but not trip due to delay in logic

Data collected by CSI 2600 vibration analyzer, from port of the Pump’s vibration monitoring system
At normal tide level (7m)o Motor NDE side: dominant peak at 2X

o Motor DE side: also dominant peak at 2X, and some peak around 140Hz (which is not appear when collect data by portable analyzer)

o Shaft vibration: dominant peak at 1X, 2X peak appear

o Axial vibration at thrush bearing: peak at 5x with noise floor raises

At low tide level (6.4m)o Motor NDE side: vibration level is much higher than normal tide, but dominant
peak still 2X

o Motor DE side: same situation as NDE side, but amplitude does not increase as much as NDE

o Shaft vibration: does not change much compare with normal tide
