Information about the organization

Mission :Working with sports and football associations on the territory of Sarajevo Cantonand beyond. Alliance organizes competitions and enhances professional educational work with

children.

Vision: Raising awareness of the essential role of sport in health and educational andpedagogical development of young people and promote the idea of youth sports.

The structure and history of the Union, when and how it was established: Football Association of Sarajevo Canton (hereinafter the Union) under its current name ,

created the 1998th years in charge of the Ministry of Justice and Administration of Sarajevo

Canton , the only parent organization football sports events , according to the Law on Sport

Canton Sarajevo, that the organization of official football league gathers all football clubs and

football school , and thus promotes football in the territory around Sarajevo Canton . Alliance is

also relevant registration Alliance , which made registration of clubs , as well as all active

football players of 7 years. Alliance today, after re-registration of players and clubs in June

2013th year , has registered 3457 active players , of which 2466 young players under 18, and 40

football clubs ( down below the tabulation of statistical data from the COMET information

system ) . In its activities the Association organizes 13 official football league in which

registered players compete in all categories : Senior League ( two groups ) , junior League ,

League Cadet League of pioneers ( three groups ) , League pretpionira ( three groups ) , Leaguecockerel ( two groups ) , and the league 's youngest , called . League CICIBAN . In addition to

the 13 regular football league ( senior and youth together) , the Alliance and organizer 6th April

international tournament youngsters in a big football " Joseph Katalinski - skis" and traditional

soccer tournament " FIS GOL ." Football Association of Sarajevo Canton, a member of the

Football Association of the Federation and the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina ,

which is a direct member of the European and world football federation ( UEFA , FIFA ) .

The main objectives and strategies to achieve these goals by statute :

structures :

Direct Alliance members are primarily football clubs Canton Sarajevo and sports associations

Canton Sarajevo, while indirect members of prominent sports workers , primarily teachers and

masters of sports, sports managers , delegates , judges , coaches , former players , sports

medicine doctors , and many other persons who are engaged in sports activities in sports clubs ,

unions and other associations.

The association has its own legal body - the Assembly ( the legislature passed legislation ) ,

Executive Committee ( executive body to implement the decisions of the Assembly ) ,

Secretariat ( administrative body ) , headed by the Secretary-General . Assembly makes

decisions by majority vote , to vote at the Meeting is public. President of the Association is the

function of President of the Executive appro , elected by the Assembly of the Association. He

represents the Association , implement the decisions and conclusions of the Executive

Committee , encourages activities aimed at developing and improving the functioning of the

Association. The Executive Committee consists of , one president , three vice-presidents and

nine members elected by the General Assembly ( thirteen ) . The Secretary-General shall

perform professional and administrative tasks , and tasks for the Union , and with the President,

the person authorized to present and represent the Union.

2.INTRODUCTION

One of the main goals of the Alliance, as a single parent association football sports in the Canton

of Sarajevo , is primarily the improvement of working with children in a sporting spirit of

harmony and the rules of fair play and the various aspects of the projects , without any political ,

religious and ethnic, racial , gender and jazike diskrminacije , as explicitly stated in the Statuteof the Union , modeled on the European and world soccer association (UEFA , FIFA ) .

We believe that the basic interest of the state must indicate the involvement of the wider segment

of society in the sport , which does not distinguish between people , especially children , either

by age or by national or by gender .

The construction of the project commenced on 14 September this year , the first phase includes

the organization and start of competition until the end of December 2013th in sport and

recreation center " sport" that offers ideal conditions for children and their parents. The second

phase covers the period after the end of school holidays , more precisely, from the beginning ofFebruary to the end of May 2014th year . During the competition , " the League 's youngest

champion ," were planned and some trips to the Olympic mountains Jahorina and Bjelasnica ,

where the boys in the field of both entities play free football with the aim of socializing and

bonding . The third phase involves the final event of the project , ie the final competition where it

would be officially handing trophies , medals and certificates to winners and other participants of

the League .

3. The project idea

Modern society does not want any form of juvenile delinquency , we want to include in the

global and European trends that favor the propagation of youth sports, and our goal through this

project is right that our young generations from the start in front of their teenage years , we learn

tolerance in sports , socializing and mutual respect in a multicultural society in which we live ,

that can distract them from all the negative vices with which we face today , from alcoholism ,

drugs , crime, violence , prostitution and other negatives that street carries with it , to the

prevailing national hatred and intolerance , with the aim to be able to when they grow up to bethe bearers of the idea of civil , cultural , fair and successful society to which we aspire . The aim

of the competition is the socialization, psycho physical development of children and their

sporting consciousness. Promoting the idea of equality through sports activities .

If they secured the necessary funds to implement the very idea that we stress as a primary and

essential for the success of the project , we planned to expand the framework of action and the

territory outside of Sarajevo Canton , and later the Federation of BiH and BiH. In this regard , it

is essential to cooperation with all relevant organizations and foundations that support the

development of civil society through youth sports.

4 TARGET GROUP AND PLACE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE

PROJECT

To achieve the goals , 14 September of the current year , for the first time the Alliance has

launched the official soccer league 's youngest , called " Youth League cockerel and CICIBAN "

(boys 2004th , 2005th and 2006th year ) , which unites the selection of youth football school that

exist in the Sarajevo Canton , and East Sarajevo ( Serbian Republic ) .

League youngest is divided into two categories : Champions cockerel (boys 2004th year ) ,

which has 18 selections , while Liga CICIBAN ( 2005th and 2006th year ) has 10 selections . 14

matches are played every Saturday in sports and recreation center, " sport" in Hotonj , offering

ideal conditions for young people , and where they compete over the weekend about 400 boys .

The game is played by " trokrunom " point system , starting from September 2013th year with abreak in January , and the second part of the competition season 2013/2014 continued in early

February next year , and lasts until the end of May 2014th year , total project duration is eight (8)

months of the Competition 2013 season / 2014th.

5 OVERALL GOAL OF THE PROJECT

The project aims to promote sports activities in the Sarajevo Canton , development, and mass

popularization primarily youth football for boys 7-10 years old. The idea of the project is to

demonstrate the possibility of participation of the youngest boys in various selections of their

school football coming from the area of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina ( the

Federation and the Serbian Republic ) , and as a practical example to give encouragement to all

teams to participate equally in the sports competition , which contributes to their socialization,

bonding , education, mental and physical development, and the development of sports awareness

and sportsmanship. Alliance as the only authorized institution football Sport Canton Sarajevo,

sincerely wants to access the full implementation , and sustainability of the project , and so be

one of the initiators of the idea of equality of all the young participants in the spirit of fair play ,

no matter which area or entities coming or what language they speak , and the official league 's

youngest to be regularly held every Saturday of the week , affirm the idea that seek emancipation

and progress of our youth in order to keep pace with the Euro-Atlantic standards .

The overall objective of the project is to raise awareness in our community about the importance

of continuous sports competitions , and its positive influence on young people . Through media

presentation would be included and the general public , and so we have given the importance of

this topic and its affirmation in society.

6SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

- Unification of all football school in one place , registration school football and boys in the

Football Association of Canton Sarajevo through Comet information system , in order to obtain

official data on the active young players , and therefore presented and all other necessary

statistics .

- Transparent routing the necessary funds for the development of youth football

- Create a unique official youth league in Canton Sarajevo, conducted by the parent association

football sports. In this connection , in order to obtain the official league of the seriousness and

quality at every game that is being played , there are officials , ie delegate and judge.

- In order to protect the health , there is also a medical service . Eligible to play with only those

young players who are regularly reviewed in the Department of Sports Medicine .

- Football League is decorated exactly certain pravililima through Propositions competitions

published by Union before the competition season . Failure to follow these rules , the Act

provides for certain sanctions . Complete youth league of the Sarajevo Canton ( including the

league 's youngest category) has its Commissioner for competition , with the support of the

Secretariat of the Alliance , led by the Secretary General .

- Results , tables and photos from games are regularly published on the official website of our

Alliance , www.fsks.ba

- Continuity of the competition , the Champions CICIBAN ( 2005th and 2006th year together) ,

played by trokrunom point system , and the League cockerel ( 2004th year ) per bicircular pointsystem, every Saturday from September 2013th by the end of December of the same year ,

followed by a break in the month of January. The second part of the competition season bycalendar contest is planned immediately after the winter break , in early February 2014th year ,

and lasts until the end of May 2014th year .

- Awards as incentive - first place on the second and third placed teams at the end of the

competition season , will be awarded trophies , medals and other awards.

- Establishment of uniform organized leagues youngest category , conducted by competent

Alliance as the only institution of this branch of the sport in a particular territory , directly affects

the mass popularization and youth football , psycho- physical and educational and pedagogical

development of children , promote the work of children in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair

rules play , free of any political , religious, ethnic, racial , gender and linguistic discrimination ,

and they are crucial objectives of such projects .

regional federation of East Sarajevo .

7 METHODS AND EXPECTED RESULTS

Licensed and knowledgeable coaches football school under the auspices of the Alliance,

introducing the youngest boy in the system of training process , knowledge, skills and football

uniform , continuous youth competitions , through which create ideal conditions for the

professional work of education and healthy development of children . Furthermore, the

competitive spirit within the framework of fair play , creating the conditions for psychological

and physical development of children and their ability emergence of professional players .

In order to protect the health of boys , is obliged to review the Department of Sports Medicine in

Sarajevo Canton and regular competitions control officials at matches ( delegates and judges ) ,

and the professional bodies of the Union , the Commissioner for competition Youth League , at

precisely defined rules and contest proposition by modeled on the European and world standards

. Maintaining the momentum of the League of the youngest in the competition season ( current

season 2013/2014 ) that last up to 8 months, achieved the overall objective, which is the mass

popularization of youth and sport, and thus directly combat all the negativity that society carries ,

from juvenile delinquency , alcohol and drug abuse to many other negative vices with which our

young people , unfortunately , face a daily struggle .

However, with the strong support of relevant institutions, organizations , foundations and the

inevitable media , who recognized the importance of the need for this kind of projects , all

potential risks are reduced to a minimum.
