UNISON CALL TO WORSHIP
Jesus Christ is risen today, our triumphant holy day. Alleluia! Hymns of praise then let us sing unto Christ our heavenly King, who endured the cross and grave, sinners to redeem and save. Alleluia! But the pains which he endured, our salvation have procured; now above the sky, he's King, where the angels ever sing. Alleluia! Sing we to our God above praise eternal as his love; praise him, all ye heavenly host, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Alleluia!

Resurrection Sunday
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Therefore, let us confess our sins.
Almighty, we acknowledge You, Jesus,
and the Holy Spirit are one Triune God
expressed in three personalities. Today
we gather to give thanks and to
celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus
Christ, the risen Lord. Thank you for
your unconditional love. Forgive us for
failing to honor You by neglecting to
follow Your teaching to, 'Love the Lord
your God with all your heart and with
all your soul and with all your strength
and with all your mind' and 'Love your
neighbor as yourself.'
Believe the good news of the gospel: In
Jesus Christ we are forgiven.

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; And in Jesus Christ, his only Son our Lord: who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

THE MINSTER PRAYSAlmighty, we praise your creating power and divine care: in
making the world; establishing the covenant; giving the law,
speaking truth through the prophets; showing mercy despite
our sin; and above all, through the gift of Jesus Christ.

RESURRECTION SUNDAY
In the words of the Apostle Paul as recorded in 1 Corinthians 11: 23-26, I pass on to
you what I received from the Lord himself. On the night when he was betrayed, the
Lord Jesus took some bread and gave thanks to God for it. Then he broke it in pieces
and said, "This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me." In
the same way, he took the cup of wine after supper, saying, "This cup is the new
covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood. Do
this in remembrance of me as often as you drink it." Every time you eat this bread
and drink this cup, you are announcing the Lord's death until he comes again.
