Would you believe me if I told you that you could speak your

desires into existence?

The mind along with your subconscious are very powerful.

Once they are in tune with each other, they are capable of creating

whatever you wish of them to produce.

What Is Auto Suggestion?

Auto suggestion is the act of telling yourself something very specific over and over, on a daily basis, until it comes into fruition.

For instance, my goal in life is to make $685 a day.

This equals out to $20,833 a month, or $250,000 a year.

I need to tell myself that I will make this amount by May 21, 2016 (specific date).

You then have to tell yourself what it is that you are going to do to achieve that goal.

Once this is in place, you should write everything down.

Put down how much you will make.

When you will make it.

What you will do to make it…

…And what you want your life to look like after you make it.

Remember the saying, "Be careful what you wish for.".

This saying is indeed true in that you can receive all of your goals and lose something else that is important to you.

So be sure to include all that you want your life to be.

How Emotions Play A Role

Now that you have the art of auto suggestion, you need to know exactly how to execute your powers.

It is not merely enough to just speak the words.

You have to desire your goals with deep inner feelings.

Close your eyes and visualize.

Imagine how you will feel once you get it.

If it is an object in your desires, feel yourself touching it.

See it in your third eye (mind) and feel how much you love and enjoy

your new gift.

Go through life as if everything you desire has already happened.

This will change your mindset - the way you think.

In due time, you will begin to believe that you will receive all that

you ask.

Reading the words that you have written everyday will enhance the

powers of your soul.

The vibration of the words will send signals to your third eye, which will resonate into your subconscious.

The minute the emotions get in tune with your imagination, your subconscious will send out waves

into the Universe.

The Universe will then respond to those waves, causing your desires

to be.

Don’t Believe Me?

My grandmother was 87 when she passed November of 2013.

One day she went to the doctor and they found a lump in her leg.

She told the doctors that she had that lump for over 40 years.

She said that back then, she had went to her doctor and he told her not to worry about it.

Her doctor was Dr. Albino.

Dr Albino was the neighborhood doctor in North Newark where I grew up.

He lived in the house across the street from mine and had his office downstairs.

Everyone in the neighborhood went to him.

I believe he was Italian, but I'm not sure because he was old back then.

He died when I turned about 10 years old.

My grandmother said when she went to see him back in 1972, he

had did an x-ray.

When he came back, he told her not to bother with it or it would get

worse.

He never told her she had cancer.

The minute the doctors told my grandmother she had cancer in

2013, she was dead 4 months later.

Now what did Dr. Albino know back then, when doctors cared about the

lives of their patients?

Back when they knew their patients personally.

He knew the power of the mind.

He knew that had he told my grandmother that she had cancer, she would not have survived very

long.

Why?

Because the minute most people, especially back then, got bad news,

they became their illness.

They threw in the towel and allowed whatever ailment to

overcome them

Not really because they wanted to. But because they thought about

death everyday.

So much so, that the Universe bought them what they desired.

So instead of calling in The Grim Reaper, Dr. Albino told Grandma to

keep it moving and she did just that.

Who do you know lives with cancer for over 40 years?!

Then die 4 months later after receiving the news?

The mind is very, very powerful.

People die from depression…

People die from depression…

Broken hearts...

People die from depression…

Broken hearts...

Fear.

Just as you can call death into your cipher, so can you call life of abundance.

Just as you can proclaim being broke is your calling, so can you proclaim wealth as your destiny.

Here's an exercise for you to do.

Repeat these words aloud, on a daily basis...

"I am very grateful for…”

“Thank you.”

“Thank you. Thank you.”

“Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

“I will achieve my goals no matter what it takes.”

”I will serve others and do as you will unto me.”

“I know the world is mine and I have faith that my desires will

be.”

“I know they will be because there is nothing that can stop

me from achieving my dreams.”

“Everyday in every way I'm feeling better and better.”

“Everyday in every way I'm feeling stronger and stronger.”

“All that I desire is within me.”

“I am in control of my own destiny."

Once you know this by heart, write down your exact desires.

How much you want to make, when you want to make it and how you are going to make it.

Then continue to say exactly what was above and what you have written down.

Go a step further and write down how your life will change once you achieve your goals.

And say that aloud as well.

Do this twice daily...

Once in the morning and once at night.

The power of auto suggestion is real.

Take control of your destiny.

Change your life.
