Green Paper “An integrated parcel delivery market for the growth of e-

Commerce in the EU”

February 2013: PostEurop Members responded unanimously to the EC with a

position paper

– the industry commitment presented to Commissioner Barnier by more than 40

top executives

- he welcomed the initiative and made a commitment for no further legislation in
