The position of “GT” in the European market.

    “GT”

We cannot say that we are the best, but for the majority ofproducts few firms are better than us

Why is it to b y our products

    tand

    - We do sale KNOW-HOW as well.

    .

recommended u ?- The quality of grinding wheels is on a par with the Europeanquality ( and we are always ready to prove it)- The prices are lower than for similar European products.- The widest assortment of whetstones: all shapes, sizes andbond types (V, B, Bf, R).- Permanent quality and fast delivery thanks to the state-of -art technology and machinery.- Wheels are produced in accordance with the strictes ISOEN norms from the best quality raw materials.- The management and production personnel withinternational experience guarantee quality and highbusiness standard of the firm.

All this enabled the firm, originally a workshop, to turninto a modern factory.

  • Specification of grinding wheel are very important, as they are closely related to the grinding performance

its choice depends on the kind of material or kind of steel that isground. The general rule holds that softer steels are whetted with harder and tougher regular aluminiumoxide “A”, while hardened and high-strenght steels are whetted with brittle noble corundum: 38A, 25A,32A, 60A, etc.

it is directly related to whetting capacity and the required surface (Ra,Rt).

The rule is that softer materials are ground with “harder” wheel, while hardermaterials are ground with “softer” wheel.

(number of grit in cubic centimeter of wheel) It depend surface of thewheel and the object that is ground, as well as some other factors. The rule is that for a wider and largercontact we choose a more open structure, and for a smaller-narrower contact we choose a more closedstructure.

It is closely connected white the periphery speed ofthe wheel, method of grinding and type of grinder. White corundum (38A) grinders are produced in twocolors of ceramic bond. White bond (V) and red-brick bond(Vred). It is common (and our firm follows therule) that softer wheel (H,J,K) are made from white bond (V), while harder wheel (L,M,N) are made fromred-brick bond (Vred), thus softer and harder wheel are easily differentiated in shops
