The Piano Man

Once upon a time in a small town in Maine lived a small boy.

Now this boy was like every other boy. He played the same, he ate the same, and he talked the same.

There was only one small difference between him and the other boys. He was blind. This boy was brilliant. he could have done anything in hte world he wanted to.

He was teased and shunned because he was different than all of the other children.

On the first day of school they noticed he was different and from that day forward his life was miserable. Do you know what he did? He learned how to play the pia-no and practiced and practiced.

His parents encouraged him and he worked hard to learn the basics. He found that playing the piano not only brought joy to him but to others around him.

He became one of the best piano players in the state. In fact, he became one of the best piano players in the world. He performed in some of the most famous con-cert halls on the planet.

And they said he couldn’t acomplish anything. That goes to show how much they know.
