The Voter must either:

Present Acceptable Photo Identification

orSign a Personal Identification

Affidavit

Idaho Driver’s License Idaho Identification Card U.S. Passport Federal Photo Identification

Card Tribal Photo Identification Card Current Student Photo ID

Give the Voter the option to complete and sign the

Personal Identification Affidavit

 

On the Affidavit the voter swears to their identity under penalty of perjury

The name must match name in the Poll Book

When completed and signed direct the voter to the issuing clerk for a ballot

AND

Did Not Bring Acceptable

Identification

Declines To Complete
