For the period of 5 years from the date of shipment, First Aid Distributionswill Replace or refurbish any OPS® Vandal Proof Soap Dispenser that has

been damaged due to any type of vandalism at no charge to the clientsubject to the limitations of this warranty. This warranty applies only up to

the value paid for each individual dispenser.

The damaged dispenser is to be sent to First Aid Distributions. It will be First Aid Distributions’ option whether to repair or replace the dispenserwith a new or refurbished one at no cost to the client. Shipping charges

may apply.

This warranty does not cover any dispenser that has not been properlymounted and installed. This warranty does not cover graffiti, cosmeticblemishes, the locking mechanism or damage that does not affect theusability of the dispenser. This warranty is void if any other product other than Genuine OPS® Brand has been used in the dispenser at

any time or if the dispenser is left unlocked and vulnerable to Vandalism.

At First Aid Distributions’ discretion this warranty may be extendedbeyond the 5 year period with the same conditions stated above.
