ABOUT US
CCS’s cornerstone technol-
ogy is the composite concrete
products and panelized build-
ing system (Patent Pending US
Patent No. 61/310,787) Use of
this product permits fast and
effi cient building with high in-
sulation factors which results
in dramatic energy effi ciency.
The versatility allows solutions
for many differing challenges,
including but not limited to
custom residential, commer-
cial, humanitarian housing, re-
lief housing, panelized assembly
and labor housing.
In collaboration with our clients needs, we create building solutions that are environmentally respon-sible, time saving, and energy effi -cient; true to the nature of advanced construction.
This system focuses on solving the problems of
traditional construction with some of the newest
and most advanced composite technologies
available today. The CCS Building System’s tech-
nical advantage:
HIGH STRENGTH
EXTREMELY LIGHTWEIGHT
RAPID CONSTRUCTION
HIGH INSULATION VALUES
COST EFFECTIVE
WHY
CCS was built on the model of sustainability,
energy effi ciency, and speed of construc-
tion; revolutionizing the emerging future of
sustainable construction. CCS’s innovative
composite system is 100% recyclable and
its core is manufactured completely out of
recycled content.
OVERVIEW
Comprised of an advanced nano-composite technology that utilizes a high
density EPS (expanded polystyrene) core, our panels are coated with a propri-
etary composite concrete blend reinforced with a variety of fi brous materials.
These ingredients combined provide the exceptional strength, durability and
high insulating factors necessary in our structures.
PROCESS
Architectural design is analyzed and fab-
ricated in the foam state and shipped to
the site. Foam is erected per architectural
plans and all utilities are installed. Compos-
ite coating is then applied to interior and
exterior walls. Once cured, any desired fi n-
ish materials are installed per conventional
methods.

Site Built Construction Process of a CCS Structure
Construction using the CCS Building System is an easy two-part process. The first part includes erecting the polystyrene shell rang-ing in thickness from 4-12 inches, made into panels that can either be custom pre-fabricated or arrive at the work site and cut to fit in place in the field. The panels are attached using specialized polystyrene adhesives. The second part involves spraying the panels and any other polystyrene-created surfaces with a unique and precise blend of our fiber infused composite concrete. These two parts are suitable for all portions of a building and can be customized in any shape or form per your most imaginative design specifications.

STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4
SITE PREPARATION AND FOOTING PLACEMENT
Trenches are dug for the future stem wall and foot-ing. Rebar is put in place and the footing is poured. Trenches must be dug wide enough to allow for coating to be sprayed once the stems are put in place.
STEM PLACEMENT
Foam stem wall sections are placed on the footing and leveled using a thin layer of grout. Once the stems are set in place and leveled, they are sprayed with our concrete coat-ing.
SLAB PLACEMENT
Gravel is put down where needed and the slab is poured. CCS systems can be used as a floor if desired. In this case Poly-styrene panels are laid flat and coated with our com-posite concrete.
WALLS ERECTED
Polystyrene panels are put into place. They can either arrive at the site cut-to-fit or they are fabricated on site. They are joined using our CCS approved polysty-rene adhesive. Once the panels are set in place the exterior is coated with our composite concrete.
STEP 5 STEP 6 STEP 7 STEP 8
COMPOSITE COATING
Once panels are erected and all utilities have been installed, the composite coating is sprayed directly to the polystyrene without any substrates and trow-eled to a smooth finish or textured to the desired fin-ish.
UTILITIES INSTALLATION
Plumbing and electrical are installed by trench-ing the Polystyrene. Using a hot-wire, remove the Polystyrene and install the utility. Once these are set and foam is returned in place, the wall is ready for the composite coating.
WINDOW AND DOOR PLACEMENT
Windows and doors are shimmed in place using conventional means and then adhered to the struc-ture using expanding foam adhesive. Waterproofing is necessary and is accom-plished by adding a bead of sealant around the exte-rior of the installation.
FINISH
Finishes including Fluid Stone Coatings or paint are applied directly to the exterior and interior sur-faces. Brick, stone and/or tile can be applied using conventional means. The interior can be finished with any desired texture.
