Downtown Las Vegas, with over 38,000 square feet
of customizable special event space, including a main
floor ballroom with a built-in stage, a first level

2015-2016 PRIVATE EVENTS POLICIES
EVENT GUARANTEES
The Venue Las Vegas will need to receive your final guest commitment 72 business hours prior to each of your events.
Should this number not be made available at the requested time, the originally established attendance will be used. The
Venue Las Vegas customarily prepares for up to 5% over this agreed‐upon figure.
BEVERAGE
Enclosed please find our beverage and wine list. Should you have a request for a particular winery or vintage that is not
listed, please speak with your Sales Manager for assistance. Due to the restrictions placed on The Venue Las Vegas by
the State of Nevada, all alcoholic beverages must be provided and distributed by The Venue.
SPLIT ENTRÉE MENUS
We are pleased to provide entrée menus for your guests offering up to two selections. If there is a price difference
between the two entrees, the higher price will prevail. The final guarantee and entrée count will be due 72 business
hours prior to your function, and as well, clearly designated place cards must be provided to identify each guest’s menu
selection. One place card or meal card must be provided for each guest that clearly designates meal choice. If you fail to
provide a meal card on the day of the event The Venue can provide them and will charge an additional $10.00 per
person.
SERVICE CHARGE AND APPLICABLE TAX
Services listed in this packet are subject to a 22% service charge and appropriate sales tax.
LINEN
The Venue Las Vegas provides house table linen and napkins for all meeting and banquet events. Your Sales Manager
can assist you with any special needs you may have.
DISPLAY & DECORATIONS
Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, window, ceiling or door with nails, staples, tape or other adhesives
other than blue painters tape which will not cause damage to the facility. The Venue Las Vegas requests that you consult
with your Sales Manager in regard to all displays and decorations.
ELECTRICAL NEEDS
The Venue Las Vegas offers just under 17,000 square feet of flexible special event space offering varying levels of power.
Please speak with your Sales Manager regarding your needs prior to arranging any audio/visual and/or entertainment.
Auxiliary power options are available through third party rental agencies.
SECURITY
The Venue Las Vegas provides a conducive special event environment for your organization. We are, however, unable to
take responsibility for items that are left within The Venue during breaks or overnight. For your protection, please
instruct all guests not to leave personal items unattended during those times they are not present.
REHEARSAL
Please consult with your Sales Manager to arrange the date and time for your wedding rehearsal. Rehearsals may be
booked by your Sales Manager no more than 30 days prior to your event date for up to an hour in duration. Date,
location and exact times will vary based upon availability.
PREFERRED PARTNERS
The Venue Las Vegas has partnered with some of the finest suppliers of quality special event rentals including linen,
chairs, tableware, decorations and entertainment. Your Sales Manager can assist you in either providing contact
information for these fine establishments or organize them directly for you at an incremental charge.
OUTSIDE VENDORS
The Venue Las Vegas welcomes all licensed and insured outside suppliers that you may choose to partner with for your
event. Please note that The Venue Las Vegas is not responsible for any items either brought or left at the facility. Please
also be aware that all deliveries must arrive and depart through our loading dock which is conveniently located behind
our facility.

Parking is offered through self-park and valet options.
