Adena Surabian, the founder of Nature’s Baby Organics never imagined she would be looking up chemical compounds on the internet, but that's exactly what she did in 2004 when her one-year-old daughter broke out in a mysterious rash all over her body. After trying for days to find the cause of her blotchy and inflamed skin, Adena sat down at the computer with an armful of products; everything from shampoo and conditioner to sunscreen and baby lotion.

Already the owner of a successful online child safety store, Adena was attuned to the latest trends in the baby industry. So she set out to research and to develop a line of hair and skincare products that a mother would delight in putting on her child. During the 2 year development and testing process, Adena's second daughter was born and she suffered from severe eczema, so it seemed that yet again she faced another challenge to address. Adena spent over two years in research and development. Careful work with bio-chemists and formulators convinced Adena that only natural and organic ingredients would create products that were not only safe, but also wonderful for babies and families to use. Nature's Baby Organics was born in 2006.

Phil Wolvek, C.F.O. Mr. Wolvek is a seasoned finance executive with a unique combination of analytical know-how, experience, and interpersonal skills. His entrepreneurial style started in the early 70’s with his first company, Radena Fashion Optics, beginning as a one-man business that grew to be a 65-employee operation within one year. His sales grossed $3 million within five years of business. Mr. Wolvek then started his second venture, The Privacy Connection, a high-tech security, debugging and corporate espionage business. He also partnered with his wife Beverly in Total Woman Gym and Day Spas. Together they opened and operated several locations. Mr. Wolvek then pursued another business venture with his daughter Adena, when she approached him to ask for his expertise and assistance in growing Nature’s Baby Organics.

Beverly Wolvek, VP Marketing & Sales Mrs. Wolvek brings an extensive background in sales, marketing, public relations, and customer service. Her career includes working for Radena Fashion Optics where her skills were quickly realized and within six months her sales surpassed all 35 sales reps. Beverly was promptly promoted to Sales Manager and continued to increase sales by 31% in the first year. When the Wolvek’s opened Total Women Gym/Day Spas, Mrs. Wolvek was responsible for managing all locations. Her job duties included overseeing all employees, sales, hiring, training of staff, and overseeing the day to day operations of the Gym/Day Spas. She consistently broke all sales records, functioning as the top producing sales rep increasing sales from $300,000 to over $1 million within two-years.

Tara Estabrook, National Sales Manager Ms. Estabrook has worked in the Natural Products industry for the past 34 years. Her work has included owning a successful business as a wholesale distributor of natural products, working with a variety of companies as their National Sales and Marketing Director, and more recently, her focus has been as a consultant assisting innovative companies to develop brand identity. That task includes development of a field sales force to represent a client’s products, marketing strategies and tools to grow their business to the next level, and extensive networking to take advantage of new opportunities. She has expertise in introducing new products to target markets, and growing company revenues whether they are a start-up or an established company looking for new direction.

Adena Surabian, President Mrs. Surabian started her career with over 10 years in sales, managing and marketing. Her first taste of working for a start up venture was with The SoftEx Corporation. She was hired as Vice President. Within a 2 year period she achieved sales of over 2 million dollars.  It was during this time and after the birth of her first daughter that Mrs. Surabian created her own business, Safe & Secure Baby, Inc. It was a home based internet business that quickly grew out of The Surabian's garage and into a Warehouse.  Within one year's time, the business was generating close to 1 million dollars worth of sales.   When Mrs. Surabian's daughter was around 17 months old, she developed a mysterious rash which led to the birth of her second business. Nature's Baby Organics was born in 2004.

AJ Oh, International C.O.O. Mr. Oh is an accomplished, results-driven director of oversea marketing & sales. Mr. Oh has experience driving market share, brand recognition, and sales improvements through strategic marketing initiatives in both domestic and international markets. Recognized as a multi-level manager consistently delivering results that exceed our oversea distributor’s expectations, he is characterized as a growth catalyst, multi-faceted leader, and hands-on manager with rich career history marked by explosive sales growth, and successful new product launches. Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (aloe vera): Excellent healing proper-ties for skin. We use unrefined, unpreserved, therapeutic grade aloe from our own Aloe farm, you won't find hidden Parabens or Phenoexythanols here!

Behenyl Trimonium Methosulfate (from rapeseed oil): An emulsifier that imparts conditioning.
