NYS to recruit 21,870youths per year Through National Service, the 21,870 servicemen and women will dis

Regimentation

Through NYS Work Camps, the 227,670 youth to be regiment

15,178squads of 15youths per squad. A total of 323squads

county.

Rituals of Bonding.

At NYS Work Camp, the 227,670will make a mandatory savin100per day deposited in a squad account. This ritual of daily

bank Kshs 111,000into the squad account after an average of

service. The collective account is what will Bond the squad.

The squad account with Kshs 111,000 can attract a co-operative or UW

3 times the amount or a matching grant from the Ministry. This is enoug
