▲ As consultant at CLECO Corporation, a investor owned electric utility, participated in the fuel diversification, acquisitions negotiations, restructuring re-powering projects for CLECO, and Coughlin Power Station through the Louisiana Public Service Commission.(LPSC)

▲ As consultant at CLECO Corporation, coordinated and assisted with the defeat of–Retail WheelingLegislation (avoided the utility companies from being regulated by the legislative body vs. a (5) member LPSC commission.

▲ As consultant and project management served over a community development HOPE II ($ 6.6 million dollar budget) HUD Project in Baton Rouge and coordinated implementation of all daily operations, management and supervision of employees and fiscal control.

▲ As executive director/consultant, coordinated all state-wide advocacy training for mayors of the Louisiana Chapter National Conference of Black Mayors, Inc., (LCNCBM), increased membership, developed a statewide advisory taskforce of community leaders and created a directory for LCNCBM mayors. As director and registered agent, incorporated and organized the group of 50 or more mayors in the state. Presently, responsible for implementing the organization’s political and legislative strategy for mayors and other local elected officials.

▲ As legislative consultant, for Children’s Defense Fund-Louisiana (CDF), presently coordinated with the executive director, CDF staff and collaborate with the children’s cabinet advisory group to aid in monitoring and crafting legislative agenda for CDF. Organized outreach and plan an advocacy day at state capitol to engage legislators and elected officials on related issues for children, families, heath care and education. Presently, responsible for implementing CDF’s

political and legislative strategy in Louisiana. Recently, planned CDF’s - 2-day Summit on Cradle to Prison Pipeline Campaign in Baton Rouge for over 200 leaders and organizations in the state.
