This is a letter received by

    Anne Frank from her father

    Otto Frank.

    When the Nazis won the

    election back in Germany.

    Otto Frank decided that

    his family should move out

    of Germany at once because

    the Nazis were anti-Jewish

    and the Franks moved to

    Amsterdam, Holland.

    (Look closely at the letter

    written by Otto Frank that

Anne Frank began to get bored of the war and being tired of staying for2 years in thesecret annex* where her fathers office was located. The Franks were hiding with otherJews in the annex of Otto Franks office in Amsterdam. What Anne did was to stunt thewhole world!

This is what she wrote in a her diary on Wednesday, 5 April 1944:

I finally realized thatImust do my schoolwork to keep from being ignorant, to get onin life,to become a journalist, because thats whatIwant! I know Ican write ..., but itremains to be seen whetherIreally have talent...And ifIdont have the talent to writebooks or newspaper articles, I can always write for myself. ButIwant to achieve more

than that. Icant imagine living like Mother, Mrs. van Daan and all the women who goabout their work and are then forgotten. Ineed to have something besides a husbandand children to devote myself to! ... Iwant to be useful or bring enjoyment to all people, even those Ive never met. Iwant to go on living even after my death! And thats whyIm so grateful to God for having given me this gift, which Ican use to develop myselfand to express all thats inside me! When I write I can shake off all my cares. My

sorrow disappears, my spirits are revived! But, and thats a big question, willI

ever beable to write something great, willIever become a journalist or a writer? - AnneFrank

She started to write and aspired to become a writer or journalist after the war. She wroteso many short stories in a long book.

    Look at her!

    How innocent her smile

    is.

    A smile of an innocent

    girl.

    She never knew she

    will diebecause of

    the power greed of

    the Nazis.

Anne Frank at the age of14.

This is the last picture of her

taken by her father Otto Frank.

    Look at her!

This picture was taken when Anne Frank

and her family were still hiding

    in the annex room.

She is looking out the window.

    What is she looking out?

    What was she thinking?

    What was her feeling?

The only thing we know is, she has DIED

on early March 1945 at the tender age of

    15.

Her education gone, her family gone, her

aspiration of becoming a writer or journalistgone, her future gone. Why?

She is GONE! SHE IS NO MORE! BUT YOU

AND I CAN TAKE HER AS A TEACHER TO

GUIDE US TO BECOME BETTER AND BE

    GRATEFUL AND NEVER TAKE THINGS

    FOR GRANTED!
