Generation 1 Part 1- Taking over.

I walked up to my founder in my clever disguise.“Your late,” Anette said without preamble.“Excuse me?” I asked. “You said you would be here an hour ago, author,” She replied.My shoulders slumped. So much for the disguise.

“Well now that the cats out of the bag, we need to start finding you a husband, I was thinking…”

“Um, excuse me?” Anette interrupted, “I know I want to start a legacy, but you need to back off. I don’t need you holding my hand the entire time.” Anette headed inside her shack.

That could have gone better. I suppose there is a reason that simself authors don’t typically interact with their sims…

And so the hunt for Anette’s future husband begins!

Ouch that was cheesy. I need to work on dramatic lines.

Anette nearly fell over when someone walked in front of her binoculars.

“Hi! I’m Juliette, I live on the other side of the river with my husband, Jason. Nice to meet you, and welcome to veronaville.”Anette was distracted by the guys, but soon heard them discussing their children. She sighed. I guess I’ll have to go to a community lot…“Anyway, I’ve got to get back home to finish preparing for my birthday celebration, bye!”

“Really? Oresha Family Diner? I asked for a good place to find a husband, and that taxi driver brought me here?” Anette said, rather annoyed.

She sighed. “I can still look, I guess.”

“Eww, dread locks.” Anette said to the first guy she met.

“Dude, they are not dreads. They are braids, which are cool. Dreads are not.”first guy responded.

“Close enough.” She stated flatly

“No way, you did not say that.” He walked away soon after that.

“Eww, why are you wearing a bathrobe in public?” Anette nearly puked.

“Ezcuse mez. It iz no bathrobez. Iz rich manz outfit,” fifth guy responded.

“It’s a bathrobe.” And with that Anette walked insde.

“Sweet heart, you are attractive.” Guy number six said.

“You have a big nose, Alexander Goth wannabe.”

“Lovely, why don’t we go on a date?” Alexander wannabe said.

“No. You are too… something.” And Anette went home.

Okay, so maybe I can’t do this by myself. I’ll just ask a professional.

“Oooh, I can see you are looking for a co-founder. The perfect man for stability. I shall look through my mysterious crystal ball, and find him.”

“This is your grand attempt at matching me up?” Anette scoffed. “He is ugly!”

The matchmaker glared at her.

“Now this guy is cute. I like his nose, too.”

“Hi, my name is Phil.” said yellow guy.

Meanwhile, my simself was on a very self-serving visit at Juliette’s.

I was eating toaster pastries for lunch with her.

“So are you really okay with getting older Juliette?”

“I don’t mind.” She said cheerfully.

“Doesn’t it scare you, though?”

“A little I guess, but I’m ready.”

“Your acting like I’m dying or something,” she said.

I stiffened.

“Anyhow there a few things I need to do, I’ll see you this evening.” Juliette headed on up the stairs.

Maybe I act that way because I killed you. Oh sure, it hadn’t been me exactly, but it was all my idea. I was the one who wrote it.

And it wasn’t just you. The entire town was dead. But after that story, I wanted to use this Veronaville for my new Lagacy. I couldn’t exactly do that with everyone dead. So I turned back the clock, and squashed the fight that lead to the deaths of everyone. That old Mini-verse is non-existent now.

So, when I look at her, why do I feel guilty?

I rubbed my face, I don’t need to be upset, after all they are alive now.

This is what my simself found when she came to check up on these two.

“Umm… Anette. Don’t you think you’re rushing just a bit?” I said.

“Ignore her Phil.” Anette grinned.

I suppose that was a yes. Nothing like Characters taking over…

Things happen way too fast in a legacy. Anette is now pregnant and scrubbing toilets, even though her fully capable husband should be doing it for her.

“Ow ow ow ow ow! WHY DOES PHIL HAVE TO BE AT WORK RIGHT NOW!!!”

“Oh. There’s four of them. And they all, save for Brielle, have red hair. What have I gotten myself into?” Anette asked, rubbing her temple.

(In case you are like me, and didn’t know, Phil’s natural hair color is red.)

“I’m tired of being used by Legacy family’s. They don’t even choose the person I pick for them. They just use me to get a date. It’s just pointless, except for the cash of course.” Danielle said as she passed a building downtown.

“Do you want to get even?”

She looked down the alley, but no one was there.

She walked deeper in. Now Danielle, you know better than to walk into an alley in the middle of the night. So she turned around.

And walked right into a hand.

“Yes, you’ll get even.”

Well, that is that. For some reason, in the back of my mind, I was sure she was going to have quads. Stupid mod…
