Name AHS to receive a gift as a specific amount or percentage in your will or living trust.

Use the legal name, address, and tax ID to name AHS the beneficiary of certain assets including:

Retirement accounts

Insurance policies

Commercial annuities

Bank accounts, CDs, or money market accounts

Deed your residence, farmland, or cabin/vacation home to AHS.

Transfer assests that are appreciating in value to a trust.

This trust provides fixed or variable payments to AHS during your lifetime, then provides a gift to your loved ones as a part of your estate.

Transfer cash or accepted assets to AHS and receive quarterly or annual payments based on your age and additional factors.

Requires a minimum $10,000 investment; good option for donors aged 65+.

Transfer assets of your choosing with the help of your estate planning attorney.

Enroll in Loved for Life

When you become a member of the Legacy Circle, you can also plan for the future of your pets. Members can enroll their pets in Animal Humane Society’s Loved for Life program whereby AHS will find your pet a loving home in the event that you can no longer care for them. Loved for Life pets are re-homed outside of our typical shelter adoption programs, making the transition as smooth as possible for them.
