Name AHS to receive a gift as a specific amount or percentage in your will or living trust.
Use the legal name, address, and tax ID to name AHS the beneficiary of certain assets including:

Deed your residence, farmland, or cabin/vacation home to AHS.

Enroll in Loved for Life
When you become a member of the Legacy Circle, you can also plan for the future of your pets. Members can enroll their pets in Animal Humane Society’s Loved for Life program whereby AHS will find your pet a loving home in the event that you can no longer care for them. Loved for Life pets are re-homed outside of our typical shelter adoption programs, making the transition as smooth as possible for them.

If you decide to include Animal Humane Society in your estate planning, we ask that you fill out the Legacy Circle membership form with as much information as you feel comfortable sharing. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
