Teaching Method:Basic and complex issues faced inday to day cath-lab practice will be addressed comprehensivelythrough a rational mixture of practical lectures, case demon- strations and actually offering a chance to the attendees to be at the table.
The Lübeck Interventional Cardiology Course (LICC) is a one-week
crash course for a select group of four physicians that aims at
delivering practical knowledge, or more than knowledge wisdom,
on the tips, tricks, pitfalls and complications in adult diagnostic
and therapeutic coronary and non coronary interventions.
Program Overview:� There will be about two hours of
lectures every day. � The invited physician-cardiologists
will have a choice to be at the catheterization table along with the experts sharing their experiences and learning tips and tricks “right from the horse’s mouth”.
� The virtual cath lab day will allow the participants to transfer the gained knowledge into “reality”.
Audience:Participants at these meetings should have at least 2-years experience of interventional cardiology.
Duration:The course will be from Monday throughFriday, spanning over 5 working days.Arrival the day before and departure the day after.
