Important ‘Entry’ Information

Organisation of teams:

1.   MIC’s are to send team lists online to Mr Chris Van Alphen and myself prior to the Thursday,15th June. Team changes are to be presented to the recording table ASAP, prior to the commencement of the event.

2.   Each school will receive their “Relays Pack” prior to the event, in which will be the necessary tags, pins and information.

3.   Each team will require four (4) tags, with their corresponding team number written on the tag. 4.   Runner 1 – BLUE / Runner 2 – GREEN / Runner 3 – RED / Runner 4 – FINAL RUNNER YELLOW…..If in

doubt about ‘colour order’ think ALPHABETICAL! 5.   No batons will be used; the relay change will be effected by touching the hand of the next runner. The

designated “change zone” will be well marked out and must be used!

Team Numbering / Identification: Following is an example of the numbering process to be used on the Team Entry Sheet. The team number should be clearly written as large as possible on the supplied tags.
