What is DCON?
DCON is a fancy name for the
annual New Jersey Key Club
District CONvention. It’s hosted
at the Ocean Place Resort and
Spa in Long Branch, New Jersey.
The 22 divisions from New Jersey
come together to have an
unforgettable weekend. Events
are scattered throughout the
entire weekend such as: DCON
contests, the talent show,
elections and caucusing,
informative workshops, the
Governor’s ball, and much more.
EHS is Division 14
68th Annual Key Club Convention: March 28-30, 2014

Caucusing & Elections
Caucusing consists of
candidates traveling
room to room in order
to give their speeches.
Afterwards, they’re
interviewed in order for
the New Jersey District
to vote during the
House of Delegates.
The successfully elected
candidates become the new
executive officers. They can
also become endorsed as
international candidates for
the Key Club International
Convention (ICON.)
It’s our awesome District
Editor Patrick Quinn!!!
