The Junior Mentor Dinner Series is an esteemed and highly-anticipated annual tradition of The
Fort Worth Club. Now in its eighth year, the program is designed to foster professional and social
relationships between Fort Worth Club junior members and some of Fort Worth’s most
respected leaders. Junior participants dine and dialogue with an outstanding selection of
mentors over the course of four dinner events. Each dinner features a keynote speaker who will
share extraordinary life lessons learned and applied throughout their remarkable careers.
Each of the four evenings will conclude with an after-party for coffee, cocktails and dessert.

True Colors Kent Dean will present True Colors, a personality
assessment that enables us to easily identify various personality types. This laugh-
out-loud presentation will enlighten and provide participants with a valuable tool for
executing successful communication in professional and personal relationships.
Refusing the No From humble beginnings, Steve Palko defied the odds and rose through the corporate ranks culminating in the co-founding of XTO Energy, which became the largest producer of natural gas in the U.S. Palko earned his doctorate in education from TCU where he now serves as Associate Professor of Professional Practice, Educational Leadership.
When Opportunity Doesn’t Knock, Build a Door A Texas native, Robert Earley experienced success at a young age, having been elected to serve in the Texas House of Representatives at age 23. What followed was a diverse career in government, education and commerce, which showcases his ability to master the art of opportunity.
Helping Other People Excel Gary Randle exemplifies
a lifetime of commitment to leadership development serving at-risk boys who are
from fatherless homes. Randle’s organization focuses on influencing young lives to be
agents of change and to have a positive impact in their community and beyond.
