When we embarked on this journey, we knew the road would be long, fruitful and fun. We were right. Every challenge has been met, and every opportunity seized. And every mile of the road travelled has been well worth the journey.
The many discussions, our aligned goals, synergies across teams, the culture of innovation and co-creation in both organizations… all have been extremely gratifying. Most of all, the journey has hopefully highlighted the value we place in business ethics and customer centricity across Quinnox. We also hope that this been reflected in the energy and passion we bring to every task.
All of this has had a direct impact on the important task of setting up the ODC, onboarding about 50 people, and executing a relatively smooth transition. We have also proactively planned an ODC that takes into account Firmenich’s future plans, with the potential to scale and accommodate over 100 resources.
As you know, early in the conversation, we committed to a highly enabled and empowered team with representation from across the organization, ensuring we offer our best to this partnership. In doing so, we have listened to you, and adopted and adapted to your requirements. A few examples include:
Bottom line, our aim is to fulfill Firmenich’s Vision 2020 by executing high-impact projects that make a true difference. In doing so, we aim to be your most relevant and progressive partner during this transformational journey.

On a journey of excellence…together
Firmenich – The Present State
It has been a privilege to work collaboratively with the Firmenich team to accomplishmission-critical IT goals, and we look forward to the next stage in our journey.
A team effort from the beginning
The transition
The engagement began with a series of workshops designed to help Quinnox understand Firmenich expectations and objectives, with the end goal of agreeing on the optimum plan and a final proposal to be presented in Geneva.
It was evident from the beginning that this was a unique engagement and not a simple service delivery effort – a challenge the Quinnox team relished!
A number of internal Quinnox teams came together to make this happen:
Thanks to the dedicated involvement of senior members from Firmenich, we learned about the organization’s central belief system - two pillars based on Hygiene and Value, as well as its transformational goals. A collaborative team effort from Quinnox resulted in a well-received transition plan that was agile and automated, created during the first workshop.
Going forward, the Quinnox team is well prepared and extremely motivated to continue to ‘delight’ our valued client, Firmenich.
Our technical capabilities were reflected in our STCG and Delivery teams, who worked hand-in-hand, right
from the Mumbai workshop.
Human Capital Management (HCM) helped draft the
training plan.
Facilities and Logistics Management (FLM) and Information Technology and Infrastructure Management
(ITIM) worked together to set up the ODC set-up.
Different project teams provided customer
references.

One View: Conceptualize. Collaborate. Develop
From conceptualization to design, development and marketing of newly created or newly rebranded goods or services, product development is collaboration centric. It is important to provide the product development team a set of tools that would help them collaborate effectively, and provide them with better analytics to help make faster and effective decisions. Keeping this in focus, Quinnox brings to you a concept of single view portal that enables collaboration enables collaboration among customers, product creation groups, lab scientists, QA team and various other stakeholders.
“Firmenich One View Portal” – a digital platform that provides associates with access to a comprehensive view of briefs, lab testing visibility, sampling and customer feedback. This innovative concept provides Account Managers and teams with a complete view of the brief-to-adoption process, improving efficiency and significantly reducing turn-around time for product development.
The portal can also be extended to add approval, brief history, orders and reviews workflows for customer collaboration. With both a responsive mobile and web interface, this innovation offers a higher level of service, visibility and transparency.
The concept of single view portal is to allow users to transcend traditional channels and meet user/customer experience needs with agility. This initiative provides a complete view of:

goals of Digital Transformation
The Internet of Things (IoT) generates massive amounts of data from machines, products and people that make up today’s smart, connected world. Leveraging this data can dramatically improve an organization’s internal processes, as well as the services and products a company delivers to its customers.
As part of their Digital Transformation journey, many leading companies have implemented IoT to enable business growth, or save cost with informed decisions and improved outcomes. However, many other companies blindly implement IoT for business automation without considering key business insights that can impact their ROI.
To achieve the desired business value and avoid undesired outcomes, companies should ask and answer two important questions:
What business value will IoT bring to your business?

According to a top analyst firm, testing managers at service providers must deliver business and ecosystem assurance. A report, “Application Testing Services Must Address the Shift to Digital Business Requirements,” deep dives into the evolution of this market, including best practices and key players.
Selecting the largest service provider is not always the best choice, according to three key analysts of a global research firm. Midmarket IT leaders often have deals that are smaller in scale and, thus, need to scan the market for alternative SAP service providers. With an intent to assist midmarket IT leaders in choosing the right SAP application management service provider, this analyst firm published a list of notable vendors across the globe. Quinnox is a new entrant in this esteemed list.
