Good or bad, your paper or online application will be

reviewed and determined acceptable or NOT in about15 seconds! If you want to even have a chance at the job,

make sure you avoid the top 5 application mistakes:

1. Just plain sloppy. Slow down and fill in the form

NEATLY or type CAREFULLY!

2. Too many blanks. Answer ALL the questions! If you

dont have an answer put a dash or N/A to show that

you at least read it!

3. Incomplete job history! Know names, numbers, ad-

same so get one, fill it out completely, and take it with

you in a folder to copy from.

4. Misspelled words. PROOF READ this document for
