FISHING RULES
Isles residents are allowed to fish in any of
the lakes on the Isles property. We ask
that you be courteous and observe your
neighbor’s property and fish only from the
common areas.
"No Trespassing" signs have been posted in
several areas around the lakes. The police
should be contacted in the event you
suspect someone is trespassing and is not
an Isles resident .
Owners are allowed to fish from the
common areas by the recreational area
and Town Center, but not in common areas
abutting individual lots. The Isles HOA
management will address an owner if they
are accessing another owner's rear yard
for fishing purposes, they will be asked to
cease and desist immediately.
We are now officially into our summer rainy season.
Weekly rains can range from a pleasant summer shower
to a frog strangler downpour. A common comment we
receive this time of year is, the irrigation was running
while it was raining. Our irrigation system has multiple
rain sensors that will turn off the systems when the rain
sensor has received enough water to trigger a shut down.
The rain sensor will allow the irrigation to again run under
normal programming once it dries out to a point that it
will disconnect. That being said the timing of shut down
and start up is dependent on the amount of rain received
at the location of the sensors and the amount of sun and
wind the sensors receive.
The planned Lady Bug release is still on hold as supplies
continue to be an issue. The good news is I have encoun-
tered Lady Bugs providing their beneficial pest control in
the landscape, we just need to assist in their population
growth. One key thing to remember is that there needs
to be a pest population for the Lady Bugs to flourish,
resulting in a balanced eco-system requiring less chemical
insecticides applied to the landscape.
Mowing will be on a weekly service and will include all the
usual suspects, mowing, blowing, weed eating with soft
and hard edging.
The detail crews will remain hard at work to keep your
shrubs beautiful for the season.
Our Irrigation system is continually monitored and
adjusted for the changing seasons and plant requirements.
Repairs and modification are taken care of as needed.
BrightView continues to be vigilant in this time of the
Global Pandemic. Employees are provided with all the
appropriate personal protective equipment and sanitizing
supplies. To date we have not had any cases at our
branch. During this time when the economy is beginning
to open back up in stages, it is important to remember
personal distancing and best practices to try an avoid
another mandatory shut down. Please be safe and take
care.
BrightView appreciates your loyalty and commits to
creating a beautiful place to live.

COMMITTEE UPDATES RULES & REGS CORNER
SPORTS CORNER
Your Isles Rules & Regs Committee will be in summer
recess for July and August. Our next meeting will be on
September 15th @ 9am in the Town Center.
All residents are welcome.
Thank you all for your cooperation and please be careful
this summer.

Chairperson
Hello Sports Fans
Well it’s certainly getting hot out there. Still, we see many
players hitting the tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. It’s
good to see the facilities active after the lockdown. We
ask that everyone continue to play smart and take all
necessary precautions to help ensure safety for all.
You may have noticed a buzz of activity around the tennis
and pickleball courts, and the bathroom building. As part
of a larger project to maintain the drainage in the amenity
area, the intrepid sleuths at the Isles discovered some
problems with the drains between the lake and the tennis
courts. The drains were at the wrong height and were
severely clogged. This allowed a large amount of water to
drain onto the courts. The workers have been clearing the
pipes and repositioning the drains to the correct level. We
appreciate your patience in dealing with the jackhammer,
compressor, and pump noise.
Especially as the summer wears on, remember to take a
break if needed, and don’t forget to hydrate.

Single-Stream Recycling Program has
been in effect for a few months now in
the Sarasota & Venice area.
If you haven’t heard already, you can
now submit a request to exchange
your recycling cart.
When the program first started every-
one received a 65 gallon cart. You now
have option to request a smaller "35
gallon" or a larger "95 gallon" cart.
You can submit your exchange request online through the Sarasota County Recycling
website: www.scgov.net/recycling or call the Sarasota County Contact Center @
941-861-5000. Please be aware that they are experiencing a high call volume so we
definitely recommend trying the online link first, if possible.
