For industries to gain or maintain their competitive advantage, information technology must be used.

The demand on companies to remain competitive has resulted in more adults returning to school to expand their skills

Although IT has greatly improved healthcare, it cannot replace the face to face interaction (“high touch”) that patients have with doctors
