T. Rex collagen found in the bone
in the 1916-Hell Creek Formation. In 1995, Professor Mark Armitage discovered collagen filaments intact in the bone fragments of a T. Rex. The inside of the bone was scanned by an electron microscope. The presence of collagen would suggest that this supposedly 65 million year old fossil they examined was not completely fossilized yet. Armitage states, “It can’t be but a few thousand years old.”

The Giant Ground Sloth
Weighing more than six tons and 18 feet tall, the
Megatherium was larger than today's African bull
elephant. It is the largest sloth kind known to man.
The Giant Ground SlothThe sloth’s teeth lack enamel.

The Giant Armadillo - Glyptodont
The glyptodonts were quite unlike any other animal to roam the planet. Growing to the size of a small car they were covered in an impenetrable armor up to 5cm thick.
The Giant Armadillo - Glyptodont
The armor is made of
thick scales almost 2
inches thick. A scale
collected is called a
scute.

LAST ICE AGE29
!
The glaciers were estimated to be as high as 2
miles during the Ice Age in the Great Lakes area.

Over 60 glacial advances and retreats have
occurred during the last 2 million year.
They believe that Ice Ages are cycled
regularly at intervals every 100,000 years for
the past 800,000 year.
The last episode, the Late Wisconsin Glacial
Period was the greatest of all covering a 1/3
of the earth and 97% of Canada.
It has erased the fossil evidence of the
previous ones.
ICE AGE CORE DATA
Evolutionary Perspective
.
Job 37:9-109 The tempest comes out from its chamber,
the cold from the driving winds. 10 The breath of God
produces ice, and the broad waters become frozen.
Job 6:16
when darkened by thawing ice and swollen
with melting snow,
Job 37:10
The breath of God produces ice, and the
broad waters become frozen.
Job 38:22
"Have you entered the storehouses of the
snow or seen the storehouses of the hail,
Job 38:29-30
From whose womb comes the ice? Who
gives birth to the frost from the heavens
when the waters become hard as stone,
when the surface of the deep is frozen?

ICE AGE’s TIME-LINE
Time 6000 years plus.
Pre-flood
1500 yrs.
Post-flood
2500 yrs.
Modern
2000 yrs.+
700 years of a transition climate for the Ice Age to come and go after Noah’s flood.
2. How did this happen??????
Over 60 theories
It is too complicated to figure out

2. How Did the Ice Age Begin?
1. Fountains of the Deep
“all the springs of the great deep burst
forth”
Under the earth caverns exploded!

2. Flood Gates of the Heavens
Water canopy that covers the earth disappears.
Volcanoes - Fountains of the Deep
Volcanoes contain a great deal of steam (water) when exploding.
A tremendous amount of energy is released.
Mount St. Helens was equivalent to 430 million tons of TNT or 33,000 atomic bombs in one day.
Active VolcanoesThere are 1500 active volcanoes in the world, with 8 to12
eruptions occurring at any given moment.

43The Ice Age and the Genesis Flood
Pinatubo, Philippines – Mount Pinatubo erupted
catastrophically in June 1991. The air did not clear for
weeks and weather patterns were affected for five
years.

Cloud Cover Cools the Earth
The Ice Age and the Genesis FloodVolcanic dust clouds cools the land, dropping
temperatures at least 10 degrees to initiate the Ice Age.
Noah’s Flood caused the Ice Age
Hot Oceans produced by the fountains of deep
bursting volcanoes. Gen 7.12
Cold land masses produced by the sun’s rays
being blocked during the daytime.
Hot Oceans and Cold land masses produce
wind.

Conditions for an Ice Age
First Condition
Cooler Summers Volcanic Activity provides the
cooling effect.
Volcanic Ash and gases from the
flood would take three years to
cool the planet.
 Winter would become longer –
world wide temperatures drop
Second
Condition
Heavy Snow Water is supplied by the hot
oceans through evaporations.
 Horrific Storms are generated
hypercanes -superhurricanes
Ocean waters begin to fall 300
feet.

Neanderthal in Caves “Over one hundred skeletons of the
Neanderthal man have been found in the
caves of Europe, western Asia, and northern
Africa. Their skeletons from the neck down
are almost identical to modern man.
Neanderthal man had brow ridges, lacked a
chin, and the back of his head extended
backwards.”

CSI’s Ice Age Fossil Float
CSI started Fossil Hunting Expeditions on the Peace
River in 1991.
Since then 11,000 people young and old have enjoyed fossil
hunting in honor of their Creator and Savior.
