HOW OUR FOUR SYSTEMS WORK TOGETHER

DIGESTION: The food travels along the

digestive tract. ABSORPTION: The nutrients pass to the

blood through capillaries which are found in the villi in the small intestine walls.

EXCRETION :Preparation and elimination of the part our food.

DIGESTION

Pulmonary ventilation is the

movement of air into and out of the lungs.

This process is performed by two movements:inspiration and expiration.

RESPIRATION

RESPIRATORY

SYSTEMPROCESS.

Air enters through the nostrils.

The air travels down:larynx, windpipe, bronchi, bronchioles and lungs.

Gas exchange takes place in the alveoli.

CIRCULATION

BLOOD.Consists of plasma and blood cells. Plasma this is a fluid float in

it also carries the nutrients and the waste products.

If you observe a drop under a microscope you can see different types of blood cells in it.
