SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM One preparation class is required before the birth of the first baby. Classes will be held the first Sunday of every month, unless otherwise scheduled. Please call the parish office for more information or to schedule a baptism.

As part of the Church of St. Joseph outreach program, we dedicate 10% of the 5th Sunday collection to charitable outreach. This month, 10% of our collection for
the weekend of December 28 & 29 will go toward our charitable outreach. There are also envelopes provided in the bi-annual envelope mailing that has mailed to each household. Thank you so much for all of your support to
our charitable outreach.

Job Opening for Director of Family Ministry
The Diocese of Bismarck is seeking a full-time Director of Family Ministry. Respon-
sibilities of this position include the sup-
port of marriage preparation and marriage
and family ministry, administer diocesan
social justice activities by fostering an awareness of and edu-
cation for priests/parishes for referral within the diocese to
social services or other agencies.
A bachelor’s degree in human services is required. Additional certificates of completion of training in marriage assessment instruments, natural family planning, building strong families,
and marriage institute trainings are preferred. An understand-
ing of the Church’s position on marriage and the family pro-
grams is required. The ideal candidate loves the Catholic
Church and its ministries, enjoys working with people, is a
self-starter and is goal orientated.

Jan 10-12 Life in the Spirit Weekend Everyone’s invited to a Life in the Spirit Weekend Jan. 10-12 at St. Cecilia's Social Center in Harvey, N.D. Registration begins at 6 p.m., semi-nar begins at 7 p.m. Friday and concludes at 3 p.m. Sunday. The seminar is an opportunity to deepen your personal rela-tionship with the Holy Spirit and fellow members of the Body of Christ. The weekend includes Mass, praise and wor-ship, talks and testimony, discussion groups, Eucharistic adoration, healing of hurtful memories prayer and more. Register by Jan. 7. Free will offering. Jan. 22 Right to Life Mass On the anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade decision, the public is invited to a Right to Life rosary procession and Mass on Wednesday, Jan. 22 in Bis-marck. The 4th Degree Knights of Columbus will lead a ro-sary processing from the doors of CHI St. Alexius to St. Mary’s Church beginning at 6:30 p.m. Bishop Kagan will celebrate Mass at St. Mary’s Church at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served following Mass.
