INTRO
You should always eat healthy food because of many reasons. First, because if you eat always junk food or many carbohydrates, you will be fat and your arteries will get full of fat and you could die. Also because if you eat healthy, your arteries will get clean, you will have more energy and you will be skinny.
More people eat 1 time a month fast food that is 28% of all.

At last, I think, most of the people are trying to eat healthy. But I have to tell them that if they want to be a healthy human you need to stop eating fast food.
Also you need to drink more water, salads and eat more times in your houses.

Ten tips to have a good nutrition
Have you ever ask yourself if your nutrition is good or healthy. You have to have a good nutrition to be really healthy and active. There are many ways to keep your body healthy and good. To having a good vitality and energy food is really important. Also eating junk food is not good for you. But you know that trying to eat healthy all the time is not easy. So……… here we are going to give you some tips for your health and nutrition.
1eat much nutrient-rich food:
Eating good food that has all the nutrients is really difficult. And to have
6drink a lot of water:
Drinking water instead of juice or sodas is healthier. The water makes you eliminated a lot of bad things that your body contain. You should drink at least 8 cups of water per day
7make exercise at least 30min per week:
Making exercise will make you feel healthy and good.
2dont skip any food:
Some people don’t eat all the foods (breakfast, lunch, dinner and sometimes snacks. To have a good and fast metabolism you have to eat all the food in a day. At least you should eat 3 times
3sometimes sugar is not really healthy:
not really healthy. If you eat a lot of sugar that can make you fat or can causes you diabetes or that kinds of diseases. You can try to replace that sugar with diet sugar like

Ingretients:
• 2 slices of bread • 1 slice of cheddar cheese • 1 slice of ham • 1 pickle • 1 banana
Instructions:
1) Put the slice of cheese on top of the bread 2) Put the piece of ham on top of the cheese 3) Grab the other slice of bread and put it on top of the ham 4) Place the sandwich inside of the sandwich maker, press it down and
time it for 7 minutes 5) While you wait for your sandwich, grab the banana and cut it, place it
in a bowl and set it aside 6) Get a cup/glass and fill it with water (drinkable) 7) When the sandwich is ready, take it out and place it on a plate. 8) Cut a pickle in half and put it next to the sandwich no the plate.

A Healthy Menu! Breakfast: Instructions: First you put the eggs in the pan , then you Scrambled. Then you put the butter in the bread and you put in the toaster. You put the juice in the glass and then you put all of that in the plate. the breakfast is ready.
