Who are we? What are we? What is the purpose of

our lives? Why did we come here? What ishappiness? What is love? How to go on with ourlives, relationships, our feelings, God and religion? What are the rules that can make our lives easier

and better?Lots of questions with no answers, either because

we don't know the answers, or because we don'twant to think about it because we might not like

what we find. But in the stream of our lives anddaily challenges we must pause and take a breathand ask: what is the truth? What is the way to

happiness? We are all lost, standing in nowherewith our jaws dropped and looking around us, we

don't understand a thing, we don't know what todo, we search and search for happiness, for our

purpose of life, and when we find that the road tothe truth is long and hard we prefer not to searchat all, we decide to take the easy road, we decide

not to think at all! We care only about our physicalneeds, we live to eat, drink, work, breed, get old

and then die, and we forget our spiritual needs, thehigher purpose of our existence and the meaningof our lives which is the search for the truth.

Each one of us is born in a certain society that isprobably ruled by a certain religious frame,

traditions and beliefs, and we think that our birthlocation is the center of the universe and that ourreligious teachings and social traditions are the

ultimate truth, we think that we are right and theothers are wrong, we think that everything we

know and believe is the absolute truth and that theothers live in darkness an ignorance, and since

what we have learned as children becomes sofixated in our minds and becomes an undisputable

Page 5: The Guide ( Review )

common sense we become incapable of recognizing

the truth when we see it, and we become souptight and resentful to the idea that we might be

wrong and the others might be right. What theChristians, the Jews or the Muslims learn fromearly childhood is that their religion is the religion

of rightness and goodness, while others who followother religions are in total unawareness and fatal

ignorance, at this point, the point of notacknowledging the other and the blind fanaticismof an idea or a religion, we will unconsciously kill

what mostly gives us value as humans and whatseparates us from animals, furthermore, we will be

giving up our greatest God-like feature which is theability to think and have logical mental judgment

that can lead us to the truth which is not attainableexcept with spiritual awareness free of all strains, the truth cannot be heard or seen or taught, it is

attainable only for the pure soul that is free of allprejudgments, prejudices and fixed beliefs.

The mental strains – that came from teachings andbeliefs and traditions implanted in oursubconscious and conscious starting our birth and

throughout our life- eliminate our mental freedombecause it bounds us mentally and emotionally to

what we have been taught, it makes us prisonersof a certain teaching or a belief regardless whether

it is right or wrong. The man who does not breakout of his mental, religious and social strains is nota free man, even if he likes to believe so, you

being a doctor or a lawyer or a teacher does not atall mean that you are smarter or wiser or more

knowledgeable of the truth than a little boy unless

you have the ultimate mental freedom and theability to discuss any idea or face any intellectualdebate even if it contradicts your own and shakesyour belief system or mental firmness, man's

inability to hear out the others when their words

opposes what he idealizes or worships or what heis willing to die for is a great weakness, man's

inability to listen and admit his faults and learnfrom others and surroundings is a huge mistake, if a man thinks that he is always right or if he is not

capable or have not the courage to admit hiswrongness at least to himself then he will lose his

ability to learn and evolve, and unless man evolveshe will become worthless and purposeless.I have a very well educated friend who occupies a

major position in a reputable company, yet everything he have learned in school or college and all

the experiences he has acquired through his job orhis life did not give him the strength to become

intellectually liberated, when we discuss anymatter related to religion or any other topic thatcan shake his belief system he refuses to discuss it

and even refuses to hear my point of view on theissue and he either presumes I'm wrong or he'd

rather escape the conversation. I'm not confidentthat I'm right, I also have beliefs and ideas thatmay be right or wrong, but I'm open to any idea or

any point of view that might contribute to myawareness or improve my perspective, further

more, I'm usually extremely eager for anyintellectual discussion or debate without any

presumptions that I'm right or the other is wrong, because in both cases I will be the winner, becauseif you were right than thank you for the truth you

gave me that added so much to my value as ahuman being, and if I was right than thank you

again for helping me confirm what I already know.

Have you ever heard of the herd mentality? Whena member of the herd starts running for somereason ,the rest of the herd will start running aswell without knowing the reason or the destination,

Page 7: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 7/34

they just run because everybody else is and

because the whole herd is running regardlesswhether there was a reason for it or not.

So are we humans, we are blindly guided bytraditions and rules of a certain society or a religionwithout giving it any thought or logic. We humans

became like a herd behaving according to the herdsystem assuming it is the right thing to do and we

must do the same. But you are a human being! Moreover, you areGod! How can you act like a bunch of unintelligent

animals and blindly follow the herd?Stop, think and use your mind… take what is

suitable for your soul and discard what is notregardless of what the herd does, you can be

creative and innovating, so do not insult yourGodlikeness.Whomever changed an entire society was a sole

individual of that society, he changed the societyfor the better and did not allow the majority to kill

the truth inside of them because they are theGod/man… and so is you, there is no other truth inthe universe but the truth you believe in, no rules,

no principles, just the truth that you feel insideyour soul, whatever others might say, whatever

the boundaries they draw might be,  no matterhow many rules they invent, no matter how many

ideas and philosophies there might be, the truth iswithin you, even if they laughed at you, rejectedyou, even if they thought you are just a dreamer,

you must know that it is of human nature todespise change.

Jesus was one man who changed the whole world,

Moses, Muhammad, Buddha, they all were menwho saw a different truth contradictory to whattheir society believed in, so they changed theirsocieties and did not change themselves, it was

Page 8: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 8/34

easier for them to accept what others claimed to

be the truth but if they have done that, if theyhave not fought and sacrificed for what they truly

believed in, they would have turned from Gods to afew sheep in the herd.I am like you, the soul of God, I am a mere human

who is fulfilling his assigned role in life… and in thislife there is no role better than the other, the role

of a prison keeper is just like the role of theprisoner, the teacher is like the student, each rolehas its own importance to life and to the universe.

That is why, throughout this book I will try toanalyze our human relationships, our truth as

human beings, what drives us, the purpose of ourexistence and the meaning of our short lives that

probably equal less than a second in eternal time, Iwill try hard to find the way, the way to knowledgeand truth.

If you read this book and you were able to find ashred of truth you did not know prior to reading it,

be glad because gathering these tiny shreds of thetruth is the purpose of our existence and the

meaning of our lives and it is what gives us ourtrue value as human beings. God is the knowledgeand the truth and every new truth we discover

brings us closer to God, so let us search for it toget closer to him. But before you start reading the

first line of this book, you must discard anyreligious or social or intellectual strains, forgeteverything you have learned and believed before,

turn your mind to a blank page or an empty glass, and read with your mind and assign it a judge.

And always remember that you cannot add any

thing to a full cup even if you wished to fill it withpure spring water, empty your cup before startingto read this book, it might turn out to be so simpleand it might not add anything to what you already

know, but it certainly might help the lost to find

their way.

Table of contents:

Chapter 1/ Man And God :All holly religions were based on the concept of theexistence of a one god that rules this universe, and

despite the beauty and glory of this concept, thereligious portrayal and description of this god was

highlycontaminated with faultiness and wrongfulimagination which drove large groups of humans to

either blindly follow a false concept around god andhis relationship with man, or abandoning religions

in whole in an attempt to find a god that is morecapable of convincing a well educated and

enlightened mind.I try throughout this chapter to shed the light onthe true nature of god and his relationship with

human beings, in addition to explaining theconcept of punishment and reward from an

intellectual point of view that is totally differentthan the presentation offered by religions, so mancan search for god and unite with him without any

fear or guilt. Understanding the real purpose of man's existence will help him find his path in life

instead of  blundering in loss and emptiness thatare the theme of lots of people's lives in these

times.………………………………I can accept the idea of heavenas a stimulant for man to do good and as the great

magnificent reward for those who commit to theteachings and  commandments, that is fine with

me, but what I find hard to comprehend is theconcept of hell as a punishment for those who

Page 10: The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 10/34

disobey.

Hell-according to most religions- is the eternal fire, the  everlasting suffering where the flames burn

the souls of the sinful forever and ever, in additionto all sorts of torture that sends chill to your spine, hell is where the sinful are sent to bear the eternal

suffering that does not end with their death, butlasts even beyond so God and good obeying souls

can watch them burn and suffer forever! But…what does forever means? A million years?A billion? More? Less? We don't know exactly but it

is sure a very very long time. So is it possible forman's very short life on earth that does not exceed

tens of years to determine his forever fate anddecide whether he will be forever residing in

heaven or hell? Is there any justice or logic in thispresentation? How can the fate of the one whosinned in his life that equals a flash in the in the

age of the universe and time to suffer and burn inhell forever, till the end of time, for billions and

billions of years without any second chance? Is Godthis cruel and superficial? This is the principle of reward and punishment

religions promotes. If you have made a mistakethroughout your life you will suffer forever and will

never get a second chance. Why should we believethis naive promotion? Is it just because they said

so?Dear God, is this for real? Are we worshiping asadist God? Can God be so monstrous and

ruthless? Is he this unforgiving and spiteful? Canman be more merciful than God? A man doesn't set

another on fire if he did him wrong!

We forgive and forget, so how can man be betterthan his God? It's against logic, intellect and truth, something is definitely wrong! A link is missing thatwe ought to find!

Page 11: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 11/34

I believe that God is much merciful and much more

intelligent and wise than this silly portray theydraw for him…………………………………

…………..We're all equal in God's eyes, we are hisbeloved children, some are good, some are bad,

some smart some dumb, some knowledgeablesome ignorant, but no matter how we are or what

our situation may be, we will always be hispartners in holiness, and will always, always  be hisbeloved children.

Does a father love his healthy son better than theill one?

Does a father love his free son better than theimprisoned one?

God's love for us is indescribable no matter who weare and no matter what we do; the mistake fromthe beginning was religion's portrayal of God's

nature and truth……………………

………………………………… Heaven and Hell are justemotional states that the soul undergoes in itshuman materialization or when it leaves the body

and return to its original state as pure free energy.Any moment of peace, happiness and joy the soul

feels is heaven, and each moment of misery, hateor loss, that it feels is but hell itself……………………

………………………………………… Eventually, you must notbe sad my friend if you had a soul as clear as

crystal, beautiful as the face of God, bright as thesun, but others could not feel it, and cannot see it,

and then maybe make mockery of you and

proscute you.Have they seen the beauty of Jesus' soul whenthey crucified him?

Page 12: The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 12/34

Have they seen the beauty of their own souls?

Have they recognized the God within them to seethe beauty of yours?

Can a blind man see the wonder of sunrise? Can a blind man see the splendor of a bloomingflower?

But yet, does the flower care the least if peoplesaw its beauty or couldn’t?!!

Chapter 2/ Happiness :

I try throughout this chapter to help man reachtrue happiness which is the spiritual happiness that

is connected with physical happiness, because it isimpossible for man to be ultimately happy if he

was happy on a physical level but not happy on aspiritual level and vice versa, physical happinesscan be attained by pleasing the body, but spiritual

happiness can only be attained through cosmicspiritual knowledge that unites man with the

universe and make him aware of his higherspiritual purpose of existence, and this spiritualknowledge that leads to spiritual happiness is what

I try to shed the light on in this chapter.………………………… Why does man tend to forget all

the wonderful things he's got, and close his eyeson all that life has given him and think that the

only thing he does not possess is the source of hislong waited happiness? Why do we think that the only thing we don't have

now is the only thing that can bring us happiness? If the good health you have can't make you happy,

and if youth and its splendor can't make you

happy, then what can?Have you ever looked around, have you seen whatyou already have? If you don't then you will neverbe happy. I believe that God created us on this

Page 13: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 13/34

earth to be happy, if we are not, then that's our

own fault. Why, when we have youth and health, but lack

money we anguish and feel that our life isworthless? How can we close our eyes on the greatest two

gifts a physical body can have, health and youth! Then get frustrated and desperate for not having

money for example? Can money make us happy if we lost the blessing of good health? Can moneymake the richest of the richest happy after he lost

his health and youth? Wouldn't he give it all awayin return of becoming young and healthy again?

The problem with man is that he doesn't see orappreciate what he has, but can only see and

appreciate what he has not.You cannot change your fate, or yourcircumstances, or your life, but you can definitely

change your way of thinking, and there lays yourhappiness or misery. And know that a rich man can think of things thatmakes him  miserable, as the poor man can thinkof things that makes him happy, so look for yourhappiness within you, because life is hard oneverybody.

Chapter3 /The source of suffering : man's life is a mixture of happiness and misery, success and failure, pain and satisfaction, and

man's inability to understand the meaning behindhis suffering, and failing to see the obscureopportunity of spiritual growth behind this

suffering, will lead to useless anger and refusal, and this anger and refusal of suffering is the worst

of what man can feel, that will cause to his harmon a physical and spiritual levels.

Page 14: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 14/34

I try in this chapter to analyze the suffering man

endures throughout his life and its causes, natureand purpose which can help man benefit from his

suffering and use it to the advancement of hisspiritual growth, and that will also make it a loteasier for man to bare this suffering and overcome

it.…………………………… Is life really fair? Is the most

famous singer in the world really has the mostbeautiful voice? Is the world's greatest artist really is the most

talented?Ofcourse not, there are many others who are much

better, but they simply did not get their chance orthat success was simply not their fate, yet this

does not mean that life is not fair; it means thatwe are unable to understand its fairness when welook at things from a superficial human

prospective. You see, if the richest man was indeedthe happiest, the healthiest and longer living, then

we can accuse life of not being fair, but if we lookdeeply into reality we will find that the richest isnot necessarily the happiest, on the contrary, and

he might be the most miserable, and that therichest may not be the healthiest, in fact he might

be very ill and unable to enjoy the beauty of life,he might as well be extremely lonely despite

everything he owns, then, we can understand thejustice of life………………………………………………………

Chapter 4/ Black and white:in this chapter I analyze the concept of good and

evil, and the impact this concept has on man's lifefrom a much deeper and universal point of view

that is entirely different from the simple humanidentification of good and evil.

Page 15: The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 15/34

…………………………………………Confront yourself, know it well and love it as it is, never feel

ashamed of being bad or weak or a failure, because on the material level you are just aweak human being and others will never love

you if don't love yourself first. Start by lovingyourself as you are and the doors of the

universe will open for you, being weak or badis a just a human feature that does notrequire you to feel ashamed or afraid or sad.

All humans are bad even if they never showit, and they are all victims of their fear even if

they show strength and power. And you, you are a human being just like

them, don't be ashamed of anything, yoursoul's evolvement and the knowledge thatleads you to the truth are the keys to your

happiness.Never think that the rich and famous are as

happy as you see them on the screen, theyhide behind big white smiles, but if you lookat their eyes you will see lost souls that never

knew happiness, never think that they do notcry or feel afraid, never think that they are

perfect, it is all an allusion, a mere allusion.Love yourself as it is, without any make up or

make over, love your soul and mind and body andfulfill its needs and demands, if you do not loveyourself then how can others? And know that each

and every one of us is special, look for your ownspecial treat, know it and develop it, because that

will make you appreciate the gift life has given you.

And know this, we all make mistakes… makingmistakes is a human feature that we should not beashamed of, and no matter how big or small amistake is, it does not demean our value as

Page 16: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 16/34

humans but it invites us to learn from our mistakes

and to never repeat it.Love your weakness; it is a human nature that is

deeply rooted even in the mightiest of men nomatter how hard they try to conceal it.Love your thoughts and enjoy your dreams no

matter how bad or shameful they might be, youare human not an angel, enjoy it, enjoy your ability

to dream, angels don't.Man is like everything else in the universe, goodand evil, love yourself when you don't err because

you learned not to, and love yourself and don't beashamed when you do err because erring is a

human feature, try to learn so you won't repeat thesame mistake again, that is what is important my

friend.I don't understand why humans are ashamed of who they are, they are the only creature in the

world who is ashamed of his truth! Is a flowerashamed of its thorns? Is the sea ashamed of its

saltiness? Is there any other creature in thisuniverse who is ashamed of his reality other thanus humans?

It is so funny when I discover a lie that someonetold me, and when I confront them they get all

embarrassed and attempt to apologize or make anexcuse! Why are you embarrassed? Are you

embarrassed because you are human and it is yournature to tell a lie every now and then?  Are youembarrassed because you are human and it is your

nature to make mistakes every once in a while?I tell lies as well, they all tell lies, yes, all those

who taunted you for lying; they lie as much as you

do and even more, yet they are much more stupidthan you are because when they taunt you andjudge you, they are lying to themselves andjudging their own being.

Page 17: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 17/34

It is better not to lie, because there is no need to,

it is better not to steal, get jealous, greedy or growa grudge because it won't make you happy or

content, but if you ever feel those things, neverfeel ashamed, it is your nature, it is your truth, andwho denies his truth and be ashamed of it does not

deserve to be a human being.

Chapter 5/ Handling people: this chapter is abouthelping people to understand human nature in amuch deeper and wider dimension which will help

them to have a better understanding of themselveshence understanding others, their behaviors and

Reactions, which will make a person much capableof successfully handling human relations.

By placing ten rules to handling people successfullyI try very simply to advance man ability to interactwith others around him and develop his skills in

social success.………………………………..You must understand that

every thing in this  universe gets its value from acertain goal or a specific aim, if the aim of a thingdisappears, so will its value and purpose of

existence.A lamp for example gets its value from the light it

gives, without its ability to generate this light,it will become worthless. Gold is the same, its

value streams from people's desire to own it, that'sall; if this desire goes away it will become justanother worthless metal.

And so is man, he gets his value from something…So what is yours?

Is it money? Then if the money goes away you will

become worthless! Is it power or influence? Then if you lose thisPower you will become worthless!

Page 18: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 18/34

Is it fame or beauty? Then if they disappear you

will lose your worthiness as well!Is it your body? The body is mortal; if you get your

value from your body then you will perish too withits perishing! You must get your value from something that

Cannot perish or go away, so you won't too, andthis immortal thing that you will never lose is your

soul, it is the God living within you, because Goddoes not go away, and so are you and so is yourvalue not as a man but as a God, it will never

Perish…………………………………

………………………Let love get hold of you, flow withinyou and rush out of you as a flood of positive

energy that will drown everyone around you and fillthem with great warmth and feelings of love thatnot anyone can give.

Lose your hatred and despise towards anything oranyone, and rush to life with a heart full of love for

everyone andeverything. Why would I hate you? Why would you hate me?

You are my brother!Even if you deny me now and don't remember who

I am, I know, and I remember.I remember when we were two drops of rain me

and you, I fell here and you fell there… do youremember brother?Do you remember when we were two small grapes

and we split up? You became a delicious fruit and Ibecame an ecstatic wine and we met again on the

table of life, yet you didn't remember that I am

your brother and didn't recognize me!Do you remember when we were two tears living inthe same eyeball? I fell when God was laughingand you fell when God was crying!

Page 19: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 19/34

If you don't now remember who I am, I will always

remember who you are and I will always love youmy beloved brother……………………………………………

Chapter 6/ Love: in this chapter I discuss andanalyze love as a feeling (its nature, truth and

types).Man's understanding of this emotion will helphim succeed in his romantic and domestic

relationships.Love is most glorious feeling that can control a

human being's life, and his full understanding andawareness of this mighty universal energy willfundamentally benefit him and enrich his life.

…………………………………If you love someone and want

to make them happy, give them what they want, not what you think will make them happy, you

might give money because you think it will makethem happy while they need attention and care, you might take them in a great boisterous trip with

friends when all they really want is to spend somequality time with you alone in the park next to your

house.our awareness that our needs might by different

than other's needs, and our ability to understandour partner's true needs is the key to a happypartnership or even a quick affair.

Making a romantic relationship work is a veryEffortful job, but the reward is enormous and

deserves all the effort, enjoying a successfulrelationship and the feelings of love is more than awonderful state of being, it is the food of the mind,

heart and soul. You must always try and make an effort and seek

to figure out your significant other's needs andplease them, because in it lays your happiness too,

Page 20: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 20/34

If you dislike romantic films and your partner

wants to watch one with you so she can hold youand feel you close next to her, do it!

Refusing to watch that movie and insisting onRefusal because you prefer to watch sports andbecause you dislike romantic films is utterly stupid!

If you do only what you want disregarding yourpartner's wishes be sure that you are hurting

yourself and ruining your day, because your wifewill feel down and think that you don't care for heror for her needs and desires; so she will answer

your neglect by at least ruining your day, and herbad mood definitely won't bring you any happiness,

while if you went along with her on the simplething she wanted which requires minimum sacrifice

from your side, you will be happier for the rest of the day not mentioning the possibility that youmight actually enjoy the movie!

Your compliance to this simple need which iswatching the movie with her because she wants

you too, will definitely bring you happiness, hergood mood will certainly reflect on you and makeyour day brighter, and in addition, these simple

things you might consider insignificant can greatlyaffect your relationship with your partner, it might

strengthen it or immensely weaken it.Putting some effort to please your partner is

eventually pleasing yourself, if your partner washappy and content this will reflect positively on youand vice versa………………………………………

Chapter 7/ Men & women:in this chapter, I try to clarify the nature of a manand a woman's relationship, and explain the

Page 21: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 21/34

differences in the nature of each of them.

If both were able to understand the other's natureand are aware to the truth of those differences

between them on an emotional and intellectuallevel and then successfully overcome thesedifferences, this will lead to increasing the chances

of maintaining a long and a healthy and prosperousrelationship.

Chapter 8/ Marital life: This chapter is about explaining the problems

and negativities that can lead to the failure of amarriage, and studying analyzing them in a waythat can help the reader understand the problems

he's facing in his marriage and the way to avoidthem and overcoming them by having full

understanding of the nature of the marital life andits development and its vulnerability to circum.

……………………………… I try in this chapter to shed thelight on the reasons that leads to the mutual desire

in two persons to split up and lose the desire tolive together any more after they – not long

ago- dreamt of living together and spending theirlives with each other. Some of these main reasons

are:stances and time……5-Ignoring the truth:Humans tend to deny or not believe what they

don't like no matter how clear and obvious it mightbe, the more, they try to cover up the sun of truth

so they don't ever see it. If you tell a woman thather lover is cheating on her or that he has a historyof violence against women she will try her best to

declare him innocent even if she had some doubtthat it is true and even if she saw with her own

eyes some indisputable evidence that confirms it,she will ignore this doubt and try to believe what

Page 22: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 22/34

she want to believe and see what she wants to see,

she enjoys the pleasure of being in love and don'twant to lose it, but this is a fatal mistake, a person

must have very deep perception and extremestrength to keep their eyes open even if what theysee frightens them or breaks their heart, because

ignoring the truth is a recipe for failure in anyrelationship.

Keep your eyes open at all times, if you seewhat you do not like or what causes you paindon't shut them to avoid the bitterness of

what you see, but open them even wider. If you see what you dislike, don't burry your head

in the sand like an ostrich, because what you donot want to see is a reality that won't go away or

change by itself, don't be afraid of what is real, anddon't ignore it no matter how bitter it is.Do you think that if you lose this beloved one

whom they are not right for you, or have a badinfluence on you- you are going to be alone

forever? Do you think that you will never find loveagain? Well, that is not true at all!How many times in our life we thought that we

found true love embodied in a certain person thenthe relationship ended and after a while we found

someone else and we fell for them and said: yes! This is love! Then it happened all over again?

chance to cheat you or hurt you in the name of love, you must acknowledge that love have crossedyour way before this person and it will definitely

cross your way again after this person is gone, bestrong and don't deny reality in order to hold on to

a false or hurtful relationship, suffering a little now

is much better than staying a prisoner in a badrelationship forever, because then, my friend, loveand happiness will lose their way to you……………

……………………………Your success in your romantic or

marital relationship is not a bit less important thanyour success in your work field, how much effort

do you put into your work? Try to put at least half of it into your relationship with your partner andenjoy the pleasures of it, but if you do not make

the effort or do not want to, and if you believe thatflowers will bloom and grow by themselves without

you watering them and caring for them then youalone will pay the price for your negligence…………

Chapter 9/ Parenting: Parenting a child is an act of creating and forminga human being's personality, and parenting has the

ability to create a human being that is creative andinnovative and free minded as well as it has the

ability to kill creativity and freedom in a child, it isa huge responsibility that must be conducted with

deep awareness and knowledge.I try in this chapter to explain a better way inparenting to create an intellectually and spiritually

free and liberated and creative human being thatknows no limits to his abilities who is able of

creating and innovating.

…………………………be your child's best friend, do notbuild a wall of fear between you and him and earnhis trust so he will let you help him.

Let him tell you about his thoughts, desires anddreams, listen to him carefully, never refuse or

undermine what he says even if you don't approveof it, and if what your child is doing or planning todo is harmful to him as a human being or harmful

to others try to convince him otherwise, but do itas a friend not as an authority figure, without

threatening nor punishment. If your child is doing something bad, like drugs,

Page 24: The Guide ( Review )

and you punished him and threatened him to stop

this habit, he will continue to do it in secrecy, andin case he encountered a serious trouble while

doing it he will not come to you because he isalready afraid of your reaction and punishment, and it will lead him to go searching for help in the

wrong places or from the wrong people who do notcare for his wellbeing, or it will lead him to a

desperate path because he believes that he has noone to help him or support him after he lost yourtrust as a countable friend, he will not tell you

anything anymore, he will alienate himself fromyou and you will not be able to give him the help

he needs because he fears you and can't tell youabout his weakness and fallings…………………………

Chapter 10/ Work :Work takes most of man's time in life and it can

prevent him from developing his spiritual andintellectual abilities.

In this chapter I explain the negative and positiveseffects of work on a man's life so the reader canbenefit from the positives and avoid the negatives

of work that can turn him into a machine capableof producing but incapable of neither innovating

nor creating.

Chapter 11/ Money :This chapter is about explaining the trueimportance of money in man's life and the effects it

has on him physically and spiritually, and I do so ina way that enable him to use money to

achieve physical happiness without risking the

usually advertised side effects on his spiritualgrowth.

Page 25: The Guide ( Review )

………………………………………Money is the bread and

water of this material life and it is definitely adirect cause for comfort and luxury, but it

certainly cannot bring happiness, moneywithout good health cannot buy its owner oneheartfelt smile.

Can money bring back a long gone youth? Or buyhealth when the tiniest of creatures like germs or

viruses turns a man's life to a living hell? Can itbuy true love or true friendship?Money cannot buy you an emotional state or create

one out of thin air, but with money the alreadyexisting emotional state or occurrence will become

much more enjoyable.Money cannot find you someone who loves you,

they might love your money, but not you, butwhen you already have someone who loves you forwho you are, then money can make this loving

relationship sweeter and the time spent with eachother more exciting and more beautiful.

It's great to have money to fulfill our needs andmake those around us happier, but we must notforget that money is a cosmetic substance for

much more important things that must be there inthe first place in order for money to make it more

beautiful, for example health is much moreimportant than money and it is a crucial element,

and in case man does not enjoy good health thenmoney will not bring him happiness because helacks a crucial element of happiness, but with the

presence of good health money will give man agreater ability to even more enjoy what he already

have which is health and practicing activities and

hobbies that gives him pleasure and satisfactionand joy on a physical level…………………………………

Chapter 12/ The law :This chapter discusses the concept of law and thedifference between it and between the concept of

justice since law is blind and programmed tomerely execute its rulings, while justice is widelyeyes open and capable of making the right

judgment on each case according to its own uniquenature, justice is truly intelligent.

Analyzing the law and its interactions andrelationship with society and man will help peopleunderstand it and respect it instead of only fearing

it.

……………………………………… It is impossible for a manor a country to develop and advance financially if it

would follow and obey morals and laws. Why do politicians lie if lying was wrong? Because

if they didn't they will fall and never succeed inpolitics.

Why do countries start wars on other countries andkill its people for the sake of its benefits sincekilling is wrong? Because if it didn't it will never

become a powerful wealthy country. So, the early legislators' aim when they set the

laws was to weaken the poor in society by locking

them in an imaginary prison of morals andprinciples to prevent them from succeeding and

acquiring power and wealth which cannot be donebut through braking laws and morals and ethics.

Isn't it wonderful to convince others that it is

"immoral" to steal, cheat, lie and betray, and

others believe your words and believe in it sostrongly to the degree of restraining completely

from doing it, while you are absolutely prepared to

Page 27: The Guide ( Review )

do it all for the sake of your interests and benefits

and to achieve financial success, and beingunrestrained to do whatever you need to do to

control them and suck in their riches andeverything they own?Isn't it wonderful to give yourself complete

freedom to do as you please without any limitswhat so ever?

Without a doubt, it was a genius idea for whomever came with it first, and it is still till this daycontrols the public and drags them deeper and

deeper to the bottom……………………………

Final Words:

……….And even though man's purpose of existenceis knowledge and spiritual growth that will lead to

happiness, the physical body and the materialworld we live in is a major source of joy andexcitement throughout this short human life.

And even though true happiness is the spiritualhappiness that comes through knowledge and

growth, material happiness (physical happiness) orjoy as I prefer to call it is a very important thing as

well. That is why; many seek to achieve this materialhappiness each according to their perspective, and

in general success is the greatest source of joy inman's life, but this word with all the meaning it

bears has been summarized to one where the true

scale of success is the material success.A materially successful man is considered to besuccessful, and the materially unsuccessful is

Page 28: The Guide ( Review )

8/7/2019 The Guide ( Review )

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-guide-review- 28/34

considered a failure, but in truth this is a false and

misleading perception of success, and if you don'trealize that you will lose the path to your

happiness. You cannot categorize yourself or others dependingonly on material success, this will create a

contradicting reality to life and existence, henceyou will be creating a false reality and will be living

in it as well, because the only definition to successis: man's success in being happy despite all life'shurdles and painful realities that everybody

endures regardless of their financial or socialstatus.

Social success is one link in success's chain and isnot success itself, and in my opinion, the success

that can lead to happiness has many links:…………………………………………

Random Thoughts:

In the end, my friend, there are always winnersand losers, and no one will ask the winners how

they won or the losers why they lost. In the endthere are only… winners and losers.

How hard is it to have a beautiful voice in the city

of deaf and mutes… how hard is it to be the onlyperson who can see in the city of the blind, what apainful irony when those blind don't believe that

you can see, and that what you see is in fact thetruth, and then accuse you of being crazy and a liar

and cut off your eyes.

Page 29: The Guide ( Review )

Oh my God! How can man ever be happy? Whenhe knows that in the end he will lose it all, no

matter how great or beautiful: love, youth, happiness, beloved ones, even –in the end- hisown life! Oh how I abhor this truth and how hard it

is for me to accept, but in the end, it is the truth of life.

Money with no health is just like love with nomoney, both are pretty dramatic!

How many times we laughed and enjoyed when weshould have been afraid and crying… How manytimes we cried when we should have been laughing

and enjoying… how many times we took pleasurein something that carried the seed of our misery…

and how many times we felt sad about somethingthat carried the seed of our happiness.
