The Great Bliss (Faoozaan ’adheem)
In Reciting Surah Al-Baqarah
Collected & Written By Abu Dawud Juned Ibn ‘Abdul Dhahir
“Indeed all praise for Allah, We praise Him as He deserves to be praised, And we seek His Aid.
Whoever Allah Guides, he cannot go astray. And whoever He leads astray, who can guide him.
And I bear witness that there is no Deity worthy of Worship in Truth except Allah and I bear
witness that Muhammad is the slave and Messenger of Allah.
And thereafter:
For Indeed the best of narration is the Book of Allah, and the best of guidance is the guidance of
Muhammad, and the worst of affairs are the newly invented matters, and every innovation is
misguidance.
Allah, Al-Malik ul Jabbar ul Qahhir ul Qahar ul Haaq, says:
“Who is an enemy to Allah and the Angels and the Messengers and Jibreel and Mikaal, Indeed
Allah is an enemy to the Disbelievers in Allah.”
[Surah Al-Baqarah 2 / Ayaat 98]

Imaam Muslim brings in his Saheeh, Baab (Door):
{Translation} Door: Virtue of Reciting The Qur’aan and Surah Al Baqarah
In there he brings, the Hadeeth:
Translation Narrated Al-Hasan Ibn ‘Alee Al-Hulwaanee, narrated Abu Taubah, he is Ar-Rabee’ Ibn Naafi’, narrated Mu’aawiyah, meaning Ibn Sallam, from Zayd, Indeed I heard Abaa Sallam, saying, narrated to me Abu Uhmaamah Al-Baahilee, said, I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى هللا عليه وسلـم say:
“Read The Qur’aaaan! Indeed on the Day of Resurrection it will come as an Intercessor for its
companion. Read The Az-Zahraawayn, (meaning) Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-‘Imraan, for indeed
they will come on the Day of Resurrection like two Clouds, or they will come like two Shades, or
they will come like two Groups of birds in rows, pushing away the Fire and from its keepers.

Read Surah Al-Baqarah, for indeed it is that which brings Blessings, and that which keeps away
worries, and no! They cannot overcome it (The Sword of Al-Baqarah).
Mu’aawiyah said: “the meaning of it is, the Magicians cannot overcome it”
[Narrated In Saheeh of Imaam Muslim / Kitab Salah Al-Musaafireen wa Qasaraha / Baab 42 /
Hadeeth 803 – 252]
Subhan-Allah (How Perfect is Allah, Free from any imperfection in His Attributes)! Indeed The
Qur’aan is The Speech of Allah and it is not Created, Imaam Al-Bukharee Brings a Baab in his
Saheeh:
Translation: “Baab: The Greatest of Speech is the Speech of Allah”
And in every Khutbah and importance speeches he صلى هللا عليه وسلـم used to says:
Translation: “Indeed the Best of Narrations, is the Book of Allah (The Qur’aan)”
From the above Hadeeth, we can deduct the following victories:
1. It will be an intercessor for its companion on the Day of Resurrection. Know may Allah
have Mercy upon you that in this worldly life you can deceive the king by someone
interceding for you, as the king might not know your reality, whereas Allah, Knows that
which is hidden deep within the darkness of darkness that which we don’t even know off,
therefore the companion is someone who talks and acts with the Qur’aan,
May Allah have Mercy on the one, who said:
Translation: “Don’t go around looking for recommendations, for you are a Tazkiyyah.”

2. The ones that read Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-‘Imraan will be as if they are in a place, full of
flowers, and the aroma is bursting is the most delightful misk scent.
3. These two Surah, Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-‘Imraan will come on the Day of Resurrection,
as two clouds, or two shades or two groups of bird in rows to protect him from the Fire
and its Keepers on the Day when there will be no deceiving the King of all kings, The Al-
Knowing, The One where nothing is hidden from Him. And likewise it will be a protecting
companion in this world for the companion of the Qur’aan.
4. Those who read Al-Baqarah, it will be the reason he will attain Blessings. For it contains so
many laws that needs to be implemented and bonded within our actions, for which
reason we will attain the Blessings that we want.
5. Those who read Al-Baqarah, it will keep away worries, for the one who has the King of
the kings with him, what can he worry about?
6. Know, May Allah have Mercy upon you, that this Al-Baqarah is a sword, that will, never be
defeated, by the Magicians. For it is a sword of Haaq (The Truth), it is The Speech of Allah,
not Created.
7. To be Men (Rijaal) you have to Read The Qur’aan, work with it, until you return to your
King, Allah, The King, The Al-Knowing, The Al-Willing, The Creator of the Heavens and the earth, for we were Created to be slaves of this King and how can you ever think to be a slave of any of these worldly kings? Look at their kingdom and look at the Kingdom of Allah, The King, Al-Knowing, The Al-Willing, The Creator of the Heavens and the earth!
Can you ever image, working for one of these kings?
